   Me and my friend came here and it was all good until the lady who was working at the front's manager came out and started shouting at her infront of all the customers , she then goes in the back and complains some more its embarassing for the whole shop and is completely abusing her power. the manager is immature and made my time at the shop disrupted with her complaining and shouting over and over again about the same thing. disgusting and unaware of her surroundings

   First time eating here. My order was taken and food was served quickly. Really flavoursome Noodles, Beef Stew and Korean Spicy chicken. Filling for the price although not very spicy but not a big deal. The big downside was when I went to leave. I placed my empty tub on the counter. I was then told to take it to the bin at the front of the restaurant. No pleasantries. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. One member of staff needs to reassess what their job is. Be nice, be understanding and don’t think every customer knows the bin etiquette in your shop. BTW put a F’in sign up if you want to enforce these “Bin Rules” on paying customers. Nothing!!! I’m not a mind reader. Thankfully because if I was it would be “bin, bin, bin” ringing out in your restaurant.

   The woman who serve me today was so rude. I should have walked out but I remained calm and left after paying. I've lost interest on eating my takeaway now, It might cause me a stomach ache from the bad service she gave me. I won't be coming back or get delivery from this store.

   1: I am a regular customer of kokoro sutton since 2 years. I have eaten all of their foods. All of foods are really good and they followed proper safety about customers and food. One of my best there is sweet chilli and chicken katsu but i have tried most of there foods overall delicious and fresh foods.till now I didn’t get any food problem from there. I am also working in sutton so for my lunch i feel it is proper place for having lunch so i went there in regular basis. 2: Talking about staffs they are well managed and respectful.that nepalese manager is so humble and good in customer interaction . 3 : Environment at there: i have been there both busy and quiet time but I never wait long time for food. 4:price of foods: it’s little go up then before . But not disappointed foods so it’s ok for me. After longtime eating as regular customer today i wrote down review for their good service and delicious foods. Best wishes for upcoming days and see you there.

   Excellent portions for a reasonable price. Order the large beef. It's an excellent choice. One huge set back is food safety. The cook brought out a pan of freshly prepared food and dropped it on the old food. That is not proper food safety. They should bring the new food out in a new pan and drop the older food on the freshly cooked food. Otherwise the older food doesn't get eaten and can spoil. Maybe that's why they have a "4" as their food rating. They need to be aware of this and put it into practice.

   FOOD POISONING! Had the beef bulgogi. 8 hours later I was projectile vomiting over my bath tub whiles loosing 4-5 pints of brown fluid on the toilet. This went on for hours, by the end I was just throwing up green bile. My body was trembling uncontrollably, I honestly thought I might die. People be cautious of this Kokoro, I never write reviews but for obvious reasons I feel I must warn people

   Lovely meals. Small dining area to eat in with some table and chairs outside. Enough space for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Good range of food and portion sizes.
