Ordered 05/11/2023 via Uber eats. Delivery came in good time. Good value. Popcorn chicken decent. Fillet burger ok. Drinks came nice cool. Chips ok, nice seasoning.
I would leave a zero star rating if I could. Do not order from here for your own sanity and safety. 1) As many people have stated, the wait time is atrocious. Placed an order around 9:20 for a delivery window of 10:00 to 10:15. Called the takeaway at 10:20 for an update and was just told the driver is on the way. Driver did not arrive until after 11. 2) The driver asked my friend, a young female woman, to enter the back of his car at 11pm when going to collect the food. This is not acceptable and is predatory behaviour. 3) Despite the ridiculously long wait time, the order was wrong and incomplete. 4) If the above is still not enough to dissuade you, the pizza we ordered had a BUG - a large INSECT cooked ON TOP of the pizza. I've attached an image for your reference. Don't know who the company paid off to pass its food satisfactory ratings, because I can assure this is a health risk. Avoid at all costs.
We gave Jerry's 3 opportunities but apparently there's no way for them to actually care about their customers. The 3 times we ordered, I took more than 1.5 hours to get our food, when they finally answer the phone, all they say is that the food will arrive in about 15-20 minutes. It's the last time that we order from here and I suggest everyone to just find another place to order from.
Instant regret ordering from here, I sit here on this cold afternoon awaiting for this pizza, its been 2hrs but no food. Its 1 mile away, please don't order from here, save yourself the hunger and disappointment. I feel the food will be cold after reading these reviews. Not so fast, being a fast food place. They don't pick up the phone too, so I can't ask anyone. where is my food Jerry?
Thanks for the stone cold pizza and chips that took over 2hours to make and deliver and multiple phone calls to chase up. Inedible and going straight in the bin. Last time I ordered a year ago you handed the food to some random stranger instead of me who kept the food also. Who knew delivering pizzas was so hard?
Ordered from them via Ubereats since the rating was good there. Got delivery time for 1h later although the restaurant was no more than 1 mile, Ended up calling the restaurant to inquire about the delivery since at the end it didn't arrive after an hour , When it did , it was cold and seemed like had been in the car long! Would not recommend to order via them! Pure waste of money
This is what you get when you order from here jerry the rude boy seriously staff have a problem shouting at me like I've done wrong !!! taken over 1 hour to deliver and arrived cold and the pizza didn't look anything what I ordered and then when u asked why it taken 1 hours to deliver when I only live o.7 miles from the takeway , won't be ordering from here again . Very disappointing Learn some customer services skills, , it goea long way goes along way .... .
