   Ordered a margarita Pizza, took 40 minutes to come out. Came out lukewarm at best and to top it off minimum cheese and tomato. Literally felt like I was eating a dough ball. No check back was done on the table and I tried to get staffs attention for 20 minutes to get a drink. Absolutely shocking service, didn’t inform them during the meal as we were in a hurry and just ate it. Informed the manager afterwards about the experience and the manager was rude and tried to tell us we were wrong and was very rude towards us, not the right career path for her clearly. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for food to stay away from this place. Bad service and even worse staff.

   We ordered chicken pizzas from the menu. It looked and tasted like they have forgotten to put the chicken in it. It can be seen in the attached picture. Otherwise the pizza was all right. When we said about it on the counter, some man came from the kitchen and seriously nearly yelled at us that it is shredded chicken. We were told very clearly and with high volume that the orangish colour in the pizza is the chicken. He was acting very rude and needless to say we were not very happy about the restaurant. Well, we got the calories we needed so there is the second star.

   My recent restaurant visit was a truly delightful experience. I kicked things off with a wonderfully decadent chocolate gelato, which was rich and incredibly satisfying. To drink, I had a crisp Sprite, a refreshing choice that perfectly cut through the sweetness of the dessert. For an appetizer, I enjoyed some soft and flavorful focaccia bread, served with classic balsamic vinegar and fragrant garlic oil for dipping. Beyond the enjoyable food, the staff truly stood out. James was my server, and he was incredibly kind and polite throughout the evening. We had such a funny and engaging conversation, full of laughter and interesting banter. And a huge shout-out to Kelly, who was the chef! It's always great to know who's behind the delicious food, and it certainly tasted like it was made with skill and passion. Their warm personalities really enhanced the atmosphere and made the meal even more memorable. I'm truly grateful to both James and Kelly for such a pleasant and entertaining evening.

   Excellent welcoming Fair prices Very friendly staff. Fair prices Good place for pizza but not the best. What I really don’t like it when I asked for take away they said they don’t have boxes for the pizza?

   I really enjoyed eating here. I came in starving and got my pizza after waiting just a short time. I got the Cinque Formaggi which was really good! The restaurant was almost empty and quiet. Highly recommend this place if you like sourdough pizza!

   Have to say, I was passing with my camera and there was just something oddly quiet but inviting about the decor of this place, let alone the sweet smells from the kitchen. The staff we're fantastic even though i wasn't buying anything i was greeted like a paying customer, and that was so refreshing in today's climate. Keep an eye out for an update once ive managed to go on friday for something to eat an drink!!! I can't wait lol

   "Ridiculous" is probably not a good enough word to explain the service we got in here. We went in for a coffee, sat on a table and ask the girl where should I order. She pointed at the table and said scan that. I thought its just me thinking she is rude but worst was yet to come. Table was left dirty and coffee was served on the same table. Asked to please get the table cleaned and guess what??? Same girl came with a spray to clean the table while food is there, we quickly tried to move things of the table and this amazing girl started spraying from a good distance without warning or saying anything while the drops went into one of the cups and on me too. When told she completely denied and said "no I didn't, do you want to change it" gave her the cup and we went to the counter telling the manager, that this is not how we should be treated and so we are leaving. This is not the way we should be treated and The most amazing answer from the manage was "OK". Check all my previous reviews, I am not who would give a negative review for any stupid reason but any when there is something genuinely wrong. Highly not recommended place. Please don't go. Thanks

   Pizza, pizza, pizza - we all love pizza and even more so when it’s a thin base (means we can eat more) and herby…off to pizzaluxe in Manchester Arndale On our veggie pizza plate was the 13inch Melanzene [£9.50], which had such a variety of vegetables and the creamy feta giving that indulgence. We also had the 10inch Bufala [£7.50], which is a classic that you cannot go wrong with For a side, we recommend the Dough & Dip Breadsticks [£4.50] - fresh, soft bread perfect for the winter belly
