Nell’s Pizza Manchester is an absolute winner. The option to create your own huge half-and-half pizza is brilliant – perfect if you want the best of both worlds, and the pizzas are seriously massive. The crust is spot on: crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with loads of flavour. Toppings are generous, well-balanced, and clearly high quality. Whether classic cheese or more adventurous combinations, every slice was excellent. Great drinks selection too, and the atmosphere is relaxed, fun, and lively without being overwhelming. The photos say it all – big slices, bold flavours, and a proper pizza experience.

The hostess was extremely friendly at the door, waiting time for a table was 10 minutes so suggested drinks at the bar, very well said. The pizza was absolutely delicious, the right amount of crispy and thin (and I’m Italian!). The music is just on the background, so you can actual talk without screaming, and the place is PACKED! No tables free. I have never seen such a smooth service too. Tables are cleaned straight away, without hassle, with a smile. Coming from London, I have to say this is such an incredible good customer experience! Well well done!

Really nice spot with a good vibe. I had a OG cheese pizza slice and a beer, both were tasty, simple but satisfying. It was raining when I visited, so I sat inside, but I can imagine it’s even better when the weather’s nice and you can sit outside. Service was quick and the atmosphere was relaxed. A great place for a casual drink and a bite in the city.

We visited this evening. It was a sunny warm day and was a great opportunity to sit outside. The atmosphere was nice and almost felt as if we were not in UK. The food was great! Amazing quality, crispy crust pizza and great prices. The only thing that ruined our day a bit was the service both the male and female waitress had attitude, rolled their eyes and were far from friendly. Definitely not what we expected and kinda ruined the vibe.

Really nice pizza. I had the ‘Original Sausage Material’. It was a delicious pizza if you don’t mind spicy Pizza. For starter I had the Garlic Bread with Rocket and Burrata. This was so nice with the cheese on top and a little oil. It’s a nice dining area especially if you want to eat outside by the canal. They also had so cool Halloween decorations.

The setting of Nell’s is really quite special, across from Canal Street with an amazing view of Manchesters architectural history. New meets old. I’m very indecisive so couldn’t really settle on just one 14 inch or 22inch pizza so I headed straight for the 22inch slice options. I ordered “Do You ‘Roni honey?” & the Burrata slices. Both absolutely tasty AF with he Burrata being super garlicky, which I love. I also had a cheeky Tommy’s Margarita which was very well balanced and smooth to the taste…no salty rim which was to my liking. Fabulous addition to the Canal Street area and a place I will be bringing many pals to in future.

Nell’s is tremendous. The design and fit out are a real step up, and the ethos comes through in spades, plus it’s a fun space to spend time in. All the slices we tried were great, crispy base, plenty of olive oil and top class toppings. Draught beers cover all your modish crafty requirements and the rest of the drinks menu is well put together. Staff were super friendly to us. I hope it settles into Kampus and it deserves to be a popular fixture in the city
