More I shop at co-op more I'm impressed with the quality of the food eg daily fresh french bread is some of the best I've eaten, 85% dark chocolate too. 90% staff at this shop are friendly, welcoming, helpful and can have some banter with too. Discounts with membership is worth the card

I’ve been using this co-op for many years but today I went in and the lady that served me was very rude. I was waiting in the queue and another customer jumped the queue in front of me which didn’t really bother me but what did was the staff member who spoke to me in a rude way. All I asked her if I can change my ice cream for another one after I waited a long time in the queue and it might have gone soft and she ignored me and when I asked her for for the second time she grunted at me pulled a face and said if I must! I mean I have customer service experience myself and that’s no way of talking to a customer. I also wasnt asked for my co-op membership card which resulted me in paying more for my shopping.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but I’ve been coming to this shop for years. Came in today and must say the customer service from the member of staff that served me was non existent. I think her name was Robyn, never spoke to me through out serving me, automatically assumed I was paying with card, rolled her eyes at me when I asked for lottery and never even told me the total of my bill. Good customer services start with building a rapport with your customers, even the simplest of a hello or is there any thing else I can get for you would have been appreciated rather than no words at all. Maybe some training is needed.

Went in here on 15th October at lunch time, mot a single fresh bakery item to be had and hardly and fresh products. Ended up walking out as out of 9 items they only had 1 thing. Can't make money selling fresh air! Absolutely shocking!
