I experienced a teriyaki sauce malfunction, to which the till worker who goes by Jas treated the situation with great kindness and remade my meal. Best Itsu experience I’ve had thanks to the great service.

I had a lovely experience at Itsu on Putney High Street. Jas and Mohammed were incredibly sweet and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The premises are spotless, hygienic and well-maintained, which really adds to the dining experience. It’s also surprisingly spacious inside, so it never feels cramped. The food was fresh, light and deliciousβ€”just what you’d hope for from Itsu. Highly recommend this branch for both the great service and the quality food!

I stopped by for my dinner and I was full. I ordered a rice box with prawns and it was ready in under a minute and in good temperature too. I ordered via the self-service kiosk and it was very easy to complete as I also got to use my itsu rewarding on dinning. The seating areas were clean and tidy. The celery and sauce station was neat I got what I needed and went to sit down. It was mostly empty but the staff were friendly and welcoming acknowledging me when I left.

I had salmon sushi set and miso soup , and I was happy with the quality of the meal. The salmon was very fresh and had a delicate, buttery flavor that paired perfectly with the slightly sweet sushi rice. The maki rolls were neatly cut and arranged on the box, and each piece was a perfect bite-sized portion. In addition to the sushi, I also tried the miso soup, which was a comforting and flavorful accompaniment to the meal. The umami-rich broth had just the right balance of saltiness and sweetness, and it helped cleanse my palate between bites. Overall, I had a good dining experience at this sushi place. The zen-inspired atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. If you're looking for good-quality sushi in a cozy and inviting setting, I would definitely recommend giving a try here

Not sure how anyone gives a poor review to this place. Food is good quality, cheap, and comes out super fast! Also great that all the options low calorie and actually healthy.

Food was average this time. I had chicken katsu rice bowl. But that was full of peas. More peas rather than rice. I had same dish I. Donburi and that was awesome so I thought let's try it here. But not the same. Anyhow I had Thai coconut chicken with rice which was v nice in cup. Just an honest review what I felt. Thanks

Not sure I’d go back. I ordered the Salmon Full House sushi box, using a promotional Β£5 discount. Sushi smelt fishy and didn’t seem that fresh. Really disappointed as I used to order Itsu at lot near my work in the city and the quality was good. Staff were really friendly though and helpful with the ordering machine. Overall restaurant seemed clean and tidy.

What a great new addition to Putney, just down from the train station on the high street. Really spacious restaurant that was spotlessly clean. Stools by the window, booths and larger communal tables in the middle. You order at the computerised displays, lots of them. I am always a bit useless with them, but one of the servers was super helpful helping me place my order. Ordered Chicken Gyoza Noodle Bowl - Firstly looked like the photo on the menu which was great. Was hot, with lots of fresh vegetables and herbs. The dumplings were nice and the ramen broth the real star was full of flavour. With the noodles and dumplings its really filling, and kept me full for a long time. As a treat added a packet of there Peking Duck Prawn Crackers as never seen before. Really yummy and only 97 calories a bag. Friendly service, super clean restaurant and really delicious filling food, will certainly be back.

Itsu was a place I frequented for lunch when I had to go to office and wasn't working from home before the pandemic, so I was delighted when it opened in putney. They appear to have a lot of new hot items that I don't recognise, I opted for the sushi today though. It tasted as good as it used to. They seem to have electronic menus now like macdonalds rather than having premade sushi boxes in the fridge like they used to, I guess this is a good idea to save on food wastage, so thumbs up for that idea. Restaurant deco and vibe is the same familiar itsu style.
