Used the in-store Timpson machine to cut three keys. It only dispensed one; the other two got stuck inside. Store customer service sent me back to the machine, and the helpline told me to go to a physical Timpson store. For a refund, I was asked for my full card number, expiry date and security code, despite having the invoice by email. I refused, as the purchase could easily be traced in other ways and sharing those details can lead to fraud, and submitted a formal complaint online. Supposed to be quick and convenient. It was not reliable.

Disgusted today ...paid cash @ manned till Β£ 50 note ..for shop around Β£ 30 ...the man on till put note in machine & it would not accept it...he said you will have to pay by different method ..i think he should of called a supervisor to try a different till or whatever to see if Β£ 50 note was ok rather than embarras me in queue of customers..update ..i had Β£ 50 note checked afterwards @ bank & it was genuine ?

I have been one of the team covering the Poppy Stall this year. There are two ladies who NEVER STOP doing everything they can to keep the check outs flowing and customers satisfied. Iβve also noticed a younger girl with tats who is also a grafter! Mavis, Sonya and Jess are highlighted in my observations. Iβm sure all the team are on their their top performance and speed/urgency to deliver outstanding customer care. Keep up the great work!!!

Morrisons been going downhill for a long time now but this is a new store so you'd expect it to be pretty good. Nope. Rubbish, boxes and cages all over the floor on most occasions no matter what time of day. Despite food counters such as bakery, choice can be often poor.

Had a buy some essentials today at around 330 pm. Decided to use the self service till which then had an issue as my items kept leaning on the bar so needed assistance a few time as the till kept registering the incorrect weight. I had the most awful customer service experience. The awful assistant pushed past me and my children didnβt speak to me and just authorised the till to continue. This happened 3 times and led to awkward conversation with my children to explain why this person was treating us in an absolutely atrocious manner. I would suggest better customer service training or moving said person to warehouse so they donβt interact with people. Honestly disgusting behaviour. This Morrisons will not be getting my custom again.

Discussed pallets of goods left in the Isles, came away with out half of what we went for because it wasn't on the shelves, can you believe it not even got a simple thing like mushrooms, if this is morissons, I will take my trade elsewhere.
