   Cooked meat counter has really gone downhill. Most of the product locations are filled with chips. Very little available and the staff are offhand about it

   Recently purchased a container of adblue from their petrol station. Faulty seal caused a leak. Went back told I was lying as they checked it. Even though seal was still secure. Reflects on the service level at Morrisons Even though apparently it is a separate organisation. The signage says Morrisons take responsibility!!!!

   what an absolute dump. on arrival the place looked like a bomb had hit it. rubbish crates just left around and plants from the outside racking just strewn all over the floor. it hadnt just happened, it looked like it had been there for a while. The staff on customer services were unhelpful and couldn't even crack a smile. I'd go as far to say that they were just rude. i asked a question and got a snappy unhelpful response. The staff energy in the whole place is zero. they all look like miserable zombies just waiting for their shift to end. after any interaction, all i got was a grunt and then them walking away. it was like if the Adams Family opened a local store. even the gate on entry was broken and wonky. the security guard had to go over and jiggle it about to stop it beeping constantly. who is managing this place? they need to have a word with themselves. just an all round terrible experience walking into this place.

   Freezing cold inside with half the lights in the store switched off and staff on the tills shivering - apparently their "cost saving" exercise is a deliberate measure, but it makes the place very unwelcoming indeed. Grim.

   In store bakery, butchers and fishmonger. Large selection of groceries both fresh and frozen, electrical goods, clothes and magazines. Cafe with good food.

   Very poor customer service skills. Instead of approaching nicely and friendly, while I was stood at the drinks section I was called out rather loudly for not realising that I had chose a large salad and that it was not part of the meal deal. Uncalled for, the checkout staff could have helped me out with that. No manners, not excuse me.. just a straight up ‘THATS NOT PART OF THE MEAL DEAL’

   Large parking area, lots of floor space and helpful staff. All in all a great place to do your shopping. Even the inside cafe it pretty good at great prices. On site hairdressers and cloth washing if you need it.
