   I had a fantastic experience at itsu in Notting Hill Gate! The restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming, with a modern, calming atmosphere that makes it perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented—especially the salmon sushi and veggie gyoza, which were top-notch. The staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. I also appreciated the range of healthy options and the reasonable prices for such high-quality Japanese cuisine. Definitely one of my go-to spots in London now. Highly recommend!

   As for a dine in place, it’s not as an attractive as it used to be before our visit time was around 16:00 and upstairs sitting area was closed for it’s customers. The other time we visited around 21:00 it was packed with people waiting for a discount with 5 boxes of sushi each, it looked as it we bumped at the soup kitchen for unemployed, it didn’t feel comfortable staying in.

   For an Asian place, I'd say it's ok. No options for children and doesn't have many options anyway. If you really like sushi and other asian food, go for it. If you don't, just go the the McDonald's 2 meters away.

   excellent place for a business or leisurely break. cleanliness is perfect, lighting is great, food display and staff were very courteous and adhered to perfect hygiene. The food itself, the mochi cheesecake was absolutely delicious, The combination of mochi and cheesecake filling was well blended, and oft, but not too soft to break apart an not too hard to cut finely with a fork. The beauty smoothie was well blended, perfect temperature and combination of flavours, however as per the strawberries, as there were only two, the flavour was hard to perceive.

   Excellent service to only be told card only. Asked a customer if he could pay for me and I'll will give him cash. He had no cash so I said we have opposites. He still paid for my meal and told him I will pass his gift on when I meet someone in need. Thank you mate. Had the Spicy Korean chicken rice meal with tea. It was a bit too spicy for me but a very filling me with greens inside. Disabled access and toilet and unisex toilet.

   First and foremost the service here is top notch. The ingredients are very good too, but the sushi is served far too cold and the rice is way ‘under’. This branch is also well known for the food delivery riders who congregate and loiter the alfresco dining area as their very own untouchable ‘space’.
