   After dinner, my husband and I stopped by and were served by a very kind, smiley young black woman with curly hair, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful (unfortunately I do not know her name). The visit genuinely lifted our mood, and we left feeling delighted to have come. The customer service was truly transformative, and we are very grateful.

   It's now been 3 years that I had most of my lunch breaks in Itsu. I come all the way from Harrods only because of Adrian. His customer service is unbeatable! He is such a happy guy, always smiling and making sure the clients are fine. Itsu should give him a good pay rise !

   Fresh and tasty sushi with a variety of options to choose from. Itsu is now my favorite Japanese place in London to buy take away sushi! This store (maybe all of them) provide half-price sushi boxes left 30min before closing time. The service was quick and convenient. I would recommend this place for take away or dine in.

   We were sincerely grateful to the great and friendly staff who heated our baby food for the starving two-year-old in our group! This was extremely appreciated, especially when a cafe had turned us away the previous week. I’m just sorry I couldn’t thank you again on the way out as I couldn’t see you (think you might have been on a break?)

   We usually love itsu. We got some sushi and soup take away (10minutes walk), the soup lid must have not been closed well and spilled all over the sushi in the bag... Please check if the lids are fully closed to avoid this happening.

   If I order vegan food through UberEATS, how smart can the employees be if they swapped the vegan items for chicken gyozas? Health and safety hazards! Next time they will add peanuts to someone allergic.
