We came here on a Sunday for lunch. Only the upstairs was open which formed about 5 tables inside and a few tables outside. There are more seats downstairs but they were not used- it was quite a tight fit. We got the miso soup and chicken teriyaki bun to start. Both were really good, full of flavour. We got the scallop nigiri and yellowtail kingfish nigiri which were both excellent but rather small. We also got the softshell crab maki which was nice but needed something more. The vegetable tempura was also lovely. We got the prawn bimibap (referred to as prawn gohan) which was lovely and a great portion. Our total bill came to about Β£60 with our discount. The price point without the discount is quite expensive for what you get- nigiri at Β£14, maki at Β£20 and buns at Β£16 is quite a lot. Mocktails are also Β£13 each which is quite expensive considering no alcohol is involved. Great ambience, good service, the downstairs bathroom has a disco button which is nice. Decor is also pretty. Location is good.

First time here, a friend of mine managed to get a deal for a discount on the food, which was good, I found the food fairly average tbh, tasty but nothing special, they have an upstairs & a downstairs & we were seated downstairs, I found the service a little slow, I'm aware the food is cooked to order, but again, more attention to detail is the key. The downstairs loo, (just the 1 & is unisex), is unusual to say the least, however, it creates a talking point..would I go back & pay full price, sorry but nope !

We had the best time at Rika Moon celebrating our friend who is getting married. The best service by far, delicious food, and superb atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Special thanks to Alex for the help and hospitality.

We came early on a Thursday evening with only a few people in the restaurant, so more waitors than guests, but relaxed and super friendly. We ordered their Bento Boxes and the A5 steak with mochi for dessert. Great Food and great value for money offering. Their none alcoholic cocktails were superb.

Delicious food. Very pleasantly surprised. Had dinner here with some friends and we tried almost everything - no bad or even mediocre dishes. All great.

There is tough competition with Sumi, another Japanese fusion restaurant down the road but Rika Moon did not disappoint! Itβs good to know that you cannot come for drinks only due to their licence, but you can buy a small starter to accompany and that really is sufficient. The cocktails are fun and served in a cool, artistic way. They are also quite unique flavours which makes this place interesting and exciting to try out. The ceviche was delicious, the coconut broth was zingy and refreshing. We are certainly excited to return to try out the full menu. The restaurant is intimate, nice music with chilled ambience. The dress code is quite formal, the staff are in suits. Whilst the menu is fairly pricey, the food & drinks were delicious. Another bonus is that this place is dog friendly - Rika is actually named after the owners dog so your furry friends are also welcome. The staff are super friendly, informative and are excited about their opening. Open to feedback and were very sweet giving our dog a treat. My first impression has been nothing but good - we cannot wait to return and test everything! Thanks Rika for coming to our street.

Exceptional food and amazing service. This brand new restaurant is soon to be one of the hottest Sushi & Cocktail spots in London if they keep the quality of food and service as high as it is. Even though theyβve been open for less than a month they already have a waiting list for booking so if you are looking for a special occasional to book I suggest to do it sooner rather than later. We were lucky to get a table since someone had to cancel.
