   Got food poisoning twice by this place first time thinking it wasn’t nothing or not them second time Im literally dying right now high level of fever, consistent vomiting and serve diarrhoea; cannot even go to my office as am bed bound with this sharp pain in my stomach trying to revive my body.Food good and all but risk of food poisoning

   Love this place and go here a lot! Food is great, portions are big and the service is super fast. However, the branding outside looks very uninviting. If they had a makeover I’m sure many more people would go inside. Also the inside definitely needs a proper clean and fresh paint - as it looks slightly run down.

   We really loved this take-away! The food was delicious, and I will definitely order again. I ordered: king prawn roll, salt and pepper squid, spare ribs, ebi prawn tempura, house special crow mein (AMAZING by the way), and vegetable spring rolls. I recommend it.

   DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Absolutely horrible. The guy on the phone has no customer service. I ordered prawn chow mein and the prawn is off it smells really bad & smell off. When I contacted the shop to explain what happened and that I haven’t ate the food so he could came back and collect it. The guy got extremely defensive and rude even though I explain that he could get it back so that he see what I was trying to explain. He told me that it’s impossible. As he does not want to fix my problem but wants to keep my money. I’ve now had to order something else from somewhere else for my family

   I am extremely disappointed with the order that i just received. If if i could give no stars i would! I paid nearly £30 for 2 bento boxes, the quality or lack of it was the worse that i have ever had. If my car was not in the garage i would have returned them to Rikko. Inside the boxes there was 3 slices of salmon in each box (basically 1 salmon portion shared between two), 6 tiny florets of broccoli, 1 prawn toast (as in 1 slice of a baguette), 3 prawn balls. The vast majority (over 70%) was boiled rice. Since when is it acceptable to pay £30 for a box of boiled rice. I know that everyone is feeling the pinch due to the cost of living crisis but these bento boxes are an absolute insult and i will definitely not be ordering again!

   It is the first time I have eaten here and was walking past on my way home and thought I would give it a go. I ordered a beef Thai green curry. The beef was super chewy and had a slimy texture to it. Thai green curry normally is slightly sweet to taste but this has no sweetness to it and was just not what I thought I would be getting. Maybe I should have ordered Chinese not Thai…… very disappointed
