I have been eating at Itsu for a long time and this branch is my favourite. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Gaurav, a member of the team who always greets us with a warm smile, exceptional kindness, and outstanding service, and is a valuable asset to the branch.
I love sashimi and sushi and I love Itsu. This Itsu is a little smaller than other branches so is more cosy and quiet. Plus Gaurav who serves us there gives great customer service, he pays attention to detail, handles things intelligently and is professional yet welcoming. It is clear that Gaurav takes pride in his work, ensuring things are done properly and efficiently! Thank you so much Gaurav for making our Itsu visits even better than they already are!
I had one of the best experiences in Itsu ever! Elizabeth, lady who took my order, was amazing. She was super helpful and friendly. She smiled a lot. I will be back just to have same incredible experience. Thank you Elizabeth!
Always fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, offers a great variety of creative rolls and classic options. Service is friendly and fast, and the quality is consistently top-notch. One of my go-to spots for sushi!
This store is by far the nicest I have visited, the staff are always helpful, shelves well stocked and cleanliness is always 5 star. I visit regularly, and have to do a special shout out to Asia and Fjodors who have always helped me, when I wasn’t sure what dishes consisted of, or when I was coming to terms with the self serve tills. This store is on Eastcastle street, situated 5 minutes from Oxford Circus station .
This is my favourite itsu - (got the loyalty app and everything). Really friendly crew - esp Theo, I asked his name the other day as he's so smiley and helpful. If he's not Manager he really should be - I'd have him in my company like a shot. Whilst I'm reviewing can you improve the range of udon noodle pots - not just chicken and more chicken. Thank you very much.
Excellent Itsu. Food is similar everywhere but loved this bright clean eating space so near the West End. I ate in on my own at lunchtime and it was relaxed and everywhere in this store was super clean. You check out your own food but there was a staff member on-hand to help if you struggle. I had the light Salomon Sushi, some dark chocolate rice-cakes and tasty Kombucha drink.
One of the itsu clean, tidy and sale assistance are really kind. Available also toilette even it is just one for all the shop! The sale assistance that serve us was really kind. It was not really crowded place even it is in central London.
