   The only nice staff is Josh who is extremely kind and helps out. The other staff are impatient and not very helpful. The food is amazing and so are the snacks and drinks but overall: 4.2/10

   I visited the store yesterday (7th Oct) and was extremely impressed with the service and food. Fernando was SO very kind when I asked him what he recommended and he assisted me extremely well! He is a real credit to your company. Nimesh was also fantastic too and very helpful. Your new salmon curry is also absolutely wonderful. I’ll most certainly be coming back for it very soon!

   I was in here yesterday to grab some sushi the worker named NISMEH ! Was very nice and lovely he was so helpful. He saw that as I wasn’t able to pick and choose the right Sushi choice he came over and he decided to help me. He was so patient he explained each ingredient to me and he stayed with me until I picked the item that I was Happy with he didn’t leave until he made sure that I grabbed the drink I wanted and the meal I wanted and even after when he saw me planning on leaving he grabbed a bag in case I needed to take anything for takeaway and he cleaned the table immediately he was a very lovely man and I wish every staff member could be like him. This experience would’ve been normal, but because of this worker he made a very fabulous experience at 100% I’ll be coming back every day.

   We arrived, quiet afternoon, and saw a complete absence of a till. There were NO instructions as to what to do. Luckily, we knew how the system worked as we had visited itsu before and really enjoyed it. However, as we were collecting our food, the shelves were only half-stocked (the restaurant was less busy than usual). We tried asking the staff, which were chatting away in a corner, to get us ginger separately, to which they luckily agreed. We checked out (note, most of the check out machines were broken) and sat down at a rather dirty table. When we went to wash our hands, the toilet was out of order and staff couldn’t even provide us with hand sanitizer (following the recent Covid pandemic which was pretty surprising as it used to be at every corner) and struggled to enjoy our food (which was decent to be fair). We also couldn’t help but notice a rather dirty-looking floor with leaves etc. which no one was cleaning! The food was ok, just the hygiene is crazy for such a good-rated restaurant.
