The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff were very efficient and professional. However, the manager (on duty at 18:00 on 19.12.25) was berating her staff in front of all the customers in the restaurant. It wasn’t just a one-off incident; the behaviour continued directly behind our table for the entire duration of our meal. It was very unprofessional and created a toxic atmosphere. The other staff remained polite and friendly towards us, and even apologised for the situation

Excellent little Japanese place, great find. The veg tempura with udon was delicious and a good price. I would like to see better labelling for vegan options if possible, only vegetarian is marked on the menu

Very lovely place, I came here with my best friends and we absolutely loved the menu. Personally, I loved the miso soup, the Japanese green tea and the sushi. We plan to come again to this lovely restaurant. ♥️

Ordered the Rainbow roll, salmon sashimi, and seared salmon nigiri. Everything was super fresh and delicious! The Rainbow roll was especially impressive with its rich layers of flavor. Reasonably priced and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely come back again!

The Jumbo Dragon Roll was SO GOOD. Didn’t disappoint. The sashimi was good, it was as expected but if you like tuna, go for the regular tuna instead of the fatty tuna because it’s a lot more expensive (made that mistake) & the regular one is just as good. Salmon was great. Service was amazing. Will 100% go back soon.

Prices were on the higher end on the menu and I had dropped by for a quick bite. Decided to go for a mini chirashi don for (£11.8) and my friend ordered a spicy pork mini bowl (8.8). The rice was overcooked and I felt quality was average. Service was a bit slow and they charge 12.52% service charge. There are better options elsewhere.

At the beginning when I saw the cucumber salad, I thought it looked very ordinary, but after I took a bite of those cucumber slices, I was amazed by the balance among the sourness of the vinegar, the aroma of the sesame oil, and the freshness of the cucumber. It does remind me of the early spring days in Japan. The salmon fillet was a little bit overcooked, but I have to say that they did a great job with the miso sauce on the salmon cause it did bring out the umami from the salmon. I was here alone and it was really perfect for a quiet moment for myself after a long day.

Easy to get a table, generally on the expensive side, but food is good, the grilled eel, agedashi tofu, sushi set. The let down was the chicken karage, tiniest chicken pieces I've had in any Japanese restaurant, it was a bit like popcorn chicken, the seasoning, batter and sauce that came with it was not very Japanese at all, the only good thing was that it was pleasant with a thin batter but it really wasn't a karage. Staff is generally very attentive, they accommodated our allergy and dietary requirements perfectly. The salad that came with the set did not have much of a dressing.
