I order ramen and chicken bun by the Uber eat app. At the end, I just receive the ramen and it is so salty. The Uber eat doesn’t even refund the money. It’s such a disaster!
Ordered through Uber eats and was looking forward to the Kara-age ramen..oh my they must have poured a whole jar and more of salt into it I got a refund straight away. Will be the first and last time I’ll be ordering from here.
I ordered a vegan box through uber eats but I was sent a raw fish one. It's impossible to contact the restaurant to get a refund or a replacement and uber don't give refunds. The box I was sent was cheaper than the one I originally ordered and alsoi don't eat raw fish
Ordered of Uber eats, it came pretty fast, but it was a big disappointment. I ordered tiger prawn noodles, along with vegetable gyoza & prawn tempura & the only thing I enjoyed was the tempura. Gyoza tasted of onions and that was it. Noodles looked 10/10 but was extremely bland.
Disgusted by the behaviour of this "business"! Food ordered through Uber Eats, the driver "left" the restaurant, but after one hour not sight of the food, not tracking for the delivery, no way to get in touch with the restaurant. I ended up asking for a refund to uber eats! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I regret trying Negi Nori restaurant. Uber Eats promoted it to me wirh a discount. Horrible. Threw away the food. I did not enjoy this order at all. The tuna was not fresh, it smelled and tasted bad, I didn't finish eating it and will throw the rest away. The salmon was basic, edible but not good, paper thin slices. Inari nigiri was OK. Goma wakame salad was not fresh, it was faded discoloured. Overall poor. First and last order from you, sorry you can't make sushi safely or well
