This McDonald’s was quite messy, the service absolutely awful. I understand it’s maccies and it gets busy but they missed out on 3 portions of chips, swapped normal nuggets for the spicy one, might as well given us someone else’s order as nothing was right. The only thing that was correct that we received was the bottled water. Unfortunately we had to run for the train station so we didn’t have time to double check. Guess none of us really expected the service to be that bad. Also here’s a picture of what the chicken wrap looked like, correct me if I’m wrong but there was 1 strip, I’ve always had 2 in the past. Oh well…

I struggle with degenerative disc disease. This causes me to struggle taking my clothes on and off even just to go to the toilet and I often require assistance from a friend. On Saturday night last week, a young member of staff tried to come in to the toilets without knocking, just putting keys into the door. My friend who was helping me shouted there was someone in there and he backed away and waited. We left the toilets, and although I do not "look disabled" he still decided to make the comment that the toilet was for disabled people only, as if I didn't already know. I told him I was in fact disabled, and continued to walk off as we were late to meet our friends. People need to stop assuming that others are not disabled based on the way they look, this happens almost every time I visit somewhere with a disabled toilet or accessible toilet and I'm just sick of it. There needs to be some kind of notice for staff on the way they treat customers. I also work a minimum wage job so I can't stand when people use it as an excuse. "I don't get paid enough to be nice to you". And I don't get paid enough in compensation for your ignorance. So just be aware if you have an invisible disability, there may be staff members who refuse to believe you, or try to give you some kind of "gotcha" moment over your invisible disability.

Found a disgusting bunch of hairs in a garlic bread dipper. It was extremely difficult to report anywhere and I would appreciate any compensation for it. I have multiple photos and videos.

I recently visited the McDonald's branch located near Liverpool Central Station, one of four McDonald's restaurants in the city center. Here's my experience and thoughts about this particular location. Location: The branch is conveniently located close to Liverpool Central Station, making it an ideal spot for those traveling through the city or looking for a quick bite to eat. Ordering: Upon arrival, I noticed there were four ordering machines, but one was out of service. While the queue wasn't long, the process of ordering took some time as customers navigated the machines. Interestingly, the machines displayed "take-away only," although many customers were eating inside the restaurant. Food: I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad, and I was pleased with the quality. The chicken was tender, although not quite as tender as I've experienced at other locations. Nonetheless, the salad met McDonald's consistent standard of quality. Customer Service: The staff at this McDonald's branch were attentive and made sure to double-check my order for accuracy. This level of attention is somewhat uncommon for a fast-food restaurant, and I appreciated the extra care taken to ensure my order was correct. Overall, the McDonald's Liverpool Central Station Branch offers a convenient location for a quick meal. While there were some minor issues with the ordering machines, the good customer service and consistent food quality made for a positive experience.

No soap or toilet seat in the men's toilet. Not nice for my kids to use the loo then eat after that!! Disgusting. Bring your own hand gel, or better still don't go there.

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting! Used sanitary products in a box with the lid taken off so open for all to see, urine on the floor around the toilet and the soap dispenser has been removed from the wall so you can only wash your hands with water. Absolutely unacceptable.
