Been coming here for a long time just been and collected fish and my partner has swallowed one out of three of these! So dangerous I hope she doesn’t end up unwell !

Always a friendly greeting/ conversation. An abundance of good quality freshly cooked food at a reasonable price. We pass 2 or 3 chip shops just to get here as always assured of good value and quality.

Got to be the best Chippy in Greater Manchester, the fish are the best I've had in a long time proper cod fillet with crispy crunchy batter. Our weekly treat fish n peas in cardboard box not polystyrene.
Only eaten here the once, I had fish, chips and curry sauce. The staff were really friendly. I personally prefer Chinese style curry sauce but theirs was perfectly ok. Just a personal preference. Certainly shan’t mark them down. The fish was cooked beautifully and so were the chips. They take card payment which is a huge bonus although there is a cash machine at the co-op next door. You could also park there (bit cheeky but you could) though it’s walking distance for me. Will definitely eat here again. I initially thought it was a bit pricey but having not had a chippy for a while I’m told it’s pretty in keeping and for the portion it’s actually good value.
Not been since taken over. Good size fish and portion of peas. Nice thick white fish, thin and crispy batter. Open all day I’m told now.
