   Over priced, didn't realise until I got home I was charged £6.70 for pudding, chips and gravy. Service was slow and food wasn't that good. Disappointed

   Just an awful fish shop, service is slow and rude. Food is dry, tasteless and it was like it had been heated up from the previous day. Chinese chippy in Lees centre much nicer food and friendly service- go there and spend your money on quality.

   Please can all our customers accept our apologies for over the last few weeks for any chip issues you may have encountered, potato’s have seasons and unfortunately July / August are mixed bags which is out of our control, the mixed potatoes all fry differently. We now have the new season potatoes in stock to provide the quality of chips we are all used to from the Frydays team

   Went before lockdown, chips weren't cooked all the way through and ordered what was supposed to be a beef burger £3.00, got it home and it looked and tasted as though it had been microwaved and was literally as flat as a pancake like a bus had run over it. Expensive chippy quality not like it used to be.

   Rated Frydays two years ago as was a great place then, however the last few times I've been and got home with my chips they've been raw! I phoned up to tell them and was asked to bring them back, I'm not going to spend another hour going there and back for two bags of chips! I would have thought that a chippy of Frydays long standing and popularity would know how to cook the perfect chip!!
