   Over priced and not a great selection of food for a Sunday dinner, after waiting 30 minutes the couple who sat down after us were served before we had our order taken, and seeing as the restaurant was half empty its not like the staff were that busy. Much better pub lunches in the local area for better price.

   Attended a wedding reception here, the room and food were lovely. However £5 and £10 notes were not accepted at the bar which is ridiculous, due to fake ones being used. Get a note checker and pen. Very inconvenient for guests.

   Very comfortable room with a separate area for 2 single beds. Nice bath and shower. Arrived late and bar staff helped. Great breakfast. Lots of parking. Lovely view over the moors and church. Wish I could have stayed for hiking

   A superb spot for a relaxed Sunday lunch, where dogs are very much welcomed. The food offering is to a very high standard, whilst not the lowest prices, the cost reflects the quality of the produce. All the staff I encountered were excellent and appeared to be very enthusiastic about what they are doing. Cleanliness couldn't be faulted in the public areas.

   We recently visited with my partner and his dad and partner. The White Hart is in a lovely location with wonderful decor. The staff were so so friendly and helpful and we had a nice time. However, the non meat options were really not great. My partner had a cauliflower steak for £16 - literally for cauliflower. I had mushroom risotto which, whilst nice, was again £16 for mushroom and rice. Not only were these the only options but to pay premium meat prices for vegetables makes no sense.

   This week we were fortunate enough to have our wedding at The White Hart. The whole staff and establishment couldn't have done anymore for us. Their attention to detail on the day was impeccable and even the smallest request was delivered with such enthusiam and the team were so personable. Even when small hiccups occured before the day Charles and his dedicated team made us feel so valued and wen't completely out their way to get everything the way we wanted it. We had comments from our guests that the quality of the food was the best they have had at a wedding and the venue looked incredible with the roaring fire and it's naturally cosy atmoshphere. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly warm and cosy with all details thought of. We'd like to express our sincere thanks and couldn't reccommend this venue and team more to deliver your special day.    Myself and my husband got married here on 4th November 2022. We booked the venue on 9th October 2021. For that amount of time we could not have been more looked after. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was amazing, the food was incredible and the service we received was beyond outstanding. I can not thank the team enough for making our day so so special. Highly recommend the White Hart for anyones special day.

   Hi All @ White Hart Inn I went to the White Hart 6th November for my Birthday Lunch with my wife and 2 young boys ! I wanted to say the food was exceptional as was the service. I am in the Hospitality industry - this place was a great testament to the Industry. Keep it up - Consistency is Key !!
