The new owners have turned this shop around. Really friendly, a large selection of everything you expect from a convenience store and more.
I went here just to pick-up an ebay parcel. I live on a narrowboat and travel around the country, so have been in a lot of corner shops, post offices, supermarkets, and other establishments and this was, without doubt, the best experience I have ever had. I was almost at the 7 day limit for collecting the parcel, but they quickly and efficiently located the package (I have been places where it has taken 15 minutes to NOT find the parcel). But that's not the half of it.... I am often with my dog who is not allowed inside shops. So I am always concerned about leaving him alone outside an area i dont know. So imagine my genuine shock when, on the door I read "dogs allowed"...An absolute first. I then decided i wanted to buy a few items to support this retailer. Clean, well organised, not a rip off. So, efficient, friendly, flexible, tidy, organised, and good value. Also on the door was a sign "under new management". Well, the good people living around this store are very lucky. I hope you thrive, you deserve to.

Yodel parcels? Don’t bother. On multiple occasions now the unfriendly guy with attitude in the shop just points to the machine saying “it’s not working”. Have you thought about trying to fix it with Paypoint? When it does work, your parcel will be chucked on the floor while they look at their phone or chat on headphones. Why bother existing as a shop? Also, definitely not a Londis.
