Food was ok, felt like it had been sitting there for a while. Understandable as that’s the business. Chicken was very tough regardless. £8.45, 7/10

I try the various Vegan products soup, sushi and curries they are always good. Only complain is some times the curry is less or very less in the Tofu curry. It’s not a standard portion, many a times it lesser to the rice proportion .

Food: Curry rice dishes were surprisingly good. The sauce and katsu were well seasoned. Sushi were okay, no expectation that it will be fresh but it's packed. Service: Self service. Grab Meals from fridge and stands then pay at counter. Not as warm and friendly atmosphere. Eat and go. Ambiance: Plenty of seating. Cafeteria style. Good minimalist lighting with tons of space. Value: Budget-friendly quality of food.

How did I not know about this branch before? So good and tasty. Everything I had was excellent. One thing, the toilets there didn't work, which was a shame. You couldn't wash your hands. Other than that, it was excellent.

Wasabi is a popular place to go for a lunch if you like Asian food. I went for the katsu curry which essentially made this place popular. I also went for the chicken gyoza (dumplings). The chicken katsu is pretty much a perfected art. The chicken is breaded and decent but does feel a little mass produced. The rice is sticky and there’s a good balance with the meat. The sauce is delicious and there’s never enough :) I always want more of it! The gyoza wasn’t so great, it’s a bit rubbery compared to high end so I’m not going to give it full marks. I’ve eaten the maki and salmon here in the past and it’s pretty good for something high street and not massively expensive. Overall it’s decent and I will go again

Visited this place for the first time ever and had vegan katsu. Really amazing food and good courteous staff.

came in a wednesday around 7 pm bc i saw a sign for 50% sushi's at the end of the day. delicious, still fresh tasting, fatty salmon, i could eat a million makis. 7£ for both of these as of 05/2022. great for togo but also clean and simple to eat in.

Finally veganism has reached Wasabi too. I’ve tried to get some vegan sushi from Wasabi on a few occasions in the last few years and I ended up being disappointed every time. However, it looks like things began to change here too. This particular store has a number of vegan options. Some of them are good, others so so. The service was pretty quick and the restaurant is spacious with many tables. Prices are fair.

Tasty food in quick time , lot of sitting space and very clean ... personal favourite chicken katsu curry.... I always love the quantity , taste and the reasonable price range in which wasabi offers its menu .... this time tried Thai Green chicken curry with the usual katsu and it was good too
