   - it was cold and windy outside, the intrance door was always kept open, - the chairs and tables to sit are very small and not comfortable - unlike in other similar venues (itsu) there was no souces/spices/cutlery on the tables. I had to ask every time for a small sachet of soy souce. It felt intimidating.. to had to ask several times, each time being given a bag of a spoon size. - warm food is already pre-boxed and kept warm in the box.. this is not healthy minding that the food is contantly beig treated with heat in non reheatable containers. - the warm food is luke warm, not hot unlike in other Wasabi locations - the amount of fish on nigiri is paper thin.. - salmon sashimi is also thinly sliced.. dissapointing

   I am not here to write a review about the food but just want to thank a particular member of staff here who was so kind. I had my phone snatched from my hand near Holborn station. I was in complete distress and shock. I walked into this shop at around 5pm and asked the only member of staff who was there at this time if I could borrow their phone to call my family to alert them of the situation. He was so generous and kind-hearted enough to offer me his phone so that I could contact them. He was very kind and told me not to worry about it. Wasabi Holborn I hope you reward this member of staff for his generosity and empathy!

   I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken which was absolutely delight. I would even go so far as to say life changing. I enjoyed my experience, however there was no seating which is what it is. Overall great food, nice staff.

   The worst wasabi I've ever been to in my life. I had about 4 chicken and it was finished. I would've taken a picture before but it looked like a lot of chicken until I actually ate it. I want a refund or some sort of compensation because this is very unacceptable.

   Unfortunately, it's the 6th time I'm serving it when it's very little and warm, as if I took it out of the microwave, in conclusion the chicken meat is very tough and dry, I believe, I rarely find fresh, like at victoria

   Very busy definitely good to get there at around 12:30. For mains I had a Katsu Curry, which was pretty decent quality and reasonable value for money.

   There is a reasonably good selection of food on offer. However every time I buy lunch the quality and the taste of food varies. I particularly hate it when the salt content is too high or the chicken pieces are invisible. The place is clean and tidy.
