People who work here would always want you to help to get you want you want. Quite often I would come and the food might finish but they will cook additional portion for me! Thank you so much !!!
Tasteless tofubowl and Salmonbowl. Too cold to be good. The guy behind the bar was more interested of his phone than us. Never again. Music much to loud.
Majority of the hot meals are only 30% full inside the box first it looks like person who prepares doesn't want customer to buy or come back. No ginger left in the store when I wanted to buy Sushi so I left without buying a sushi and remember this is Sushi place. Overall wrong team working in this store. All change or change their way of services.
It was nice but nothing special. They had a few vegan options which was good to see. Wouldn’t revisit, service was cold and the atmosphere of the place wasn’t nice.

Nice place for have your late breakfast because they open 11 am and lunch… good music and atmosphere inside shop. So you can relax bring you computer and do your work then you have your breakfast or…,I was saying if good management so you bring 5 ⭐️ servings for customer!!!!! Bought salmon poke salad bowl for lunch and got food poisoning! Will avoid at all costs, health hazzard.
Usually good service but this evening a staff was very unprofessional in handing over the take away package; he only put the food in after my request and was extremely rude in handing it over.
Liars and manipulators. You CAN get ANY fresh food at 50% OFF in the last HALF HOUR. Worst experience at a Asian fast food/restaurant. Usually the Asian food places I go people are well mannered and upfront and I like this customer service culture, but this wasabi just deterred me from ever stepping foot here again, and not only me but other friends that often used to go there had bad customer service experience. And when I mean bad, it's bad. They'll try to play with words and "I'm not sure" but just get what you want and at the counter tell you can it at half price and it's in their policy. That short Manager deceived and lied me and in the end I had to pay it full price when I clearly asked about the 30 min policy. And had the audacity of laugh about me with his untrained employees WHILE I was paying full price in front of them. The disrespect. Man I know how retail works so alright I can just come back after confirming the offer at another branch but what bothers me is why insulting me like this? It was demeaning and unnecessary. And no I wasn't a Karen, I simply asked about their 50% off before 30 min closing time and didn't insist when I saw the manager being all unsure idk etc, and after that acting he tells me he can only do it on the most expensive item there, a clear way to desist me. And no I wasn't a Karen even after, I just paid for what I wanted, ignored their smirks and left.
Absolutely disgusting. Literally the worst katsu chicken and noodles I have ever tasted, extremely soggy and with that oily aftertaste. The brown katsu sauce was virtually tasteless. The noodles were not even Chinese takeaway level: cut into small segments, overly cooked and, most importantly, utterly BLAND. They didn’t taste like soy, they didn’t taste like dashi, gosh they didn’t even taste like salt. I forgot to add, the kale (kale?, really?) was undercooked.
Very tasty and cheap sushi. Fresh products. A large selection of sushi. when you like sushi and you do not have time to eat in a restaurant, this is a good option
