   As an occasional visitor of Itsu I was surprised there were no touchscreens to place my order. Therefore I ordered via the cashier. I was worried that my hot food was going to be cold as the cashier just grabbed my food from behind him from the kitchen area.Fortunately it was not, it was very hot indeed! However after ordering our food and taking it downstairs, I noticed my Katsu noodles were missing the chicken, which I paid over £2 extra for. So I went back upstairs and joined the queue of people, there were 2 in front of me and then another person joined behind me. There was no cashier at the till, only one member of staff in the kitchen. After a few minutes the kitchen member came out to the front and he had a hot round pot, so I asked him if that was the chicken Katsu noodle, he said yes. Then I explained I was given a plain noodle, which he took from me, not sure what he did with it though, we had accidentally started eating from this beforehand. I didn't feel the sushi was as fresh as it should had been, the rice was becoming dry. Therefore it is very unlikely I will be visiting this store again, which is a shame because it is in a very good location, very close to Covent Garden Station.

   The stuff is polite and friendly; however, the food is consistently low quality, probably the worst out of all Itsu I’ve been to. Last Saturday Salmon full house clearly wasn’t fresh and smelled odd, this Saturday the fish in the same dish was full of bones and proportions of ingredients were off.

   I made a mistake of trying sushi from this chain. They will charge you additional £2 for using their disgustingly filthy tables nobody cares to even wipe. The girl at the counter was really nice and helpful but I suppose the service should really include the cleaning as well. Food is prepared in the morning, I guess. Cannot qualify as fresh and does not taste as it should.

   My first time visiting itsu and I was not disappointed. The service was ok and the food is not that expensive but I did not feel full after eating, it felt more like a snack than actually a meal (portions can be small) personal opinion. Only 2 toilets, one was closed and the other really smelled. I’m gonna give it another try in the future, the menu has a variety of different options that I’m interested in.

   I always buy the Famous Coconut Chicken Soup, but have now been very disappointed with the fact that the portions are coming much smaller than usually. I suggest they adopt a pattern when preparing the meals. Update of the review: I went back to Itsu and was served by MUNSHI. He dealt with the situation really well and made me feel satisfied with the level of services and quality of the food! Well done!

   The sushi was good for the (low) price but I've definitely had better. One staff member was really short and unpolite, but the other one was kind enough. But it's very convenient (fast), you can charge your phone and the dining area is quite cosy.

   I went to Itsu again today, and overall, it was a good experience. The amount of food choices was large, and most things were out on the shelves. There was quite a lot of people, but I came at a busy time, and only waited around 5 minutes. The food itself was delicious, I really enjoyed my sushi, and the salad was good aswell. I would definitely eat here again. The only things were the prices were a little higher than other shops, e.g wasabi, but the quality of food did make up for it. The tables were a bit sticky, and it would have been nice, if they wiped them a little more often. Other than that, I think it was extremely enjoyable experience, and I would definitely come back and eat here again.

   Frequent customer. Can comfortably say the service is top quality. The staff are phenomenal. One in particular Ahmed, always has the time of day to help you choose the best meal or snack. And food quality is always excellent.

   Food from Itsu is always great... this particular experience however was sub-par - we arrived 1 hour before closing, and the downstairs seated area and bathroom were closed. We found a spot to sit with our daughter, and towards the latter end of the meal were swarmed off of our seats by other patrons. Also the stock was limited.

   I had the double chicklen rice bowl! It’s delicious, fulfilling and it was ready super fast! The place is very nice with seats downstairs. I really like the orchids decorating the whole place! I recommend it!
