   ⭐ One Love Kitchen – A True Gem in Ashton ⭐ I’ve just had one of the best meals I’ve ever tasted from One Love Kitchen. The fish is absolutely incredible — I ordered it half an hour in advance so they could prepare it fresh, and it was worth every minute. A perfect fillet, no bones, beautifully seasoned, and cooked with real love. I added the jerk sauce, and honestly, it complements the fish so well… rich, warm, and full of flavour. The staff are outstanding too — decades of experience in Jamaican cooking, and you can taste that wisdom in every bite. They treat you like family the moment you walk in. This place has become my go-to for Jamaican food in Ashton. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. One Love. Unity in a time of division.

   5* honestly the flavours were amazing could done with abit more spicyness to the dish's, we ordered peppered steak, curried goat and curried chicken all the dishs was amazing the meat cooked to perfection the rice so flavoursome will definitely return

   Avoid ordering from here, they’re too cheeky. I ordered Curry Prawn meal, there was no sauce as you can see and tiny little shrimp prawns. But if you go on TikTok and look at a review for them just three months ago, the other picture is what they advertise as their curry prawns. Big king prawns and loads of curry sauce. You obviously have to be an influencer to get a decent meal. This is why black businesses fail. They’re never consistent and think they can do this to customers. £12 for small, solid tiny tasteless prawns that had no flavour and no sauce on them. One mouthful and it went straight in the bin. Absolute joke.

   Ordered yesterday via uber eats. Peppered steak and plantain were beautiful. Will definately be ordering again and will be popping in. I have tried many places in the tameside and further afield areas and can safely say One Love Kitchen is the best. Arrived quickly and hot 5*. Can't wait to try the jerk Chicken!
