   After my partner ordered our tea at there other takeaway, we phoned them as soon as we ralised. They sorted everything out straight away, and they were really polite and friendly. Amazing food, and excellent customer service.

   Having ordered from this restaurant a number of times through Uber eats. Id have expected a much better experience than last nights efforts. We ordered the spring rolls, salt and pepper wings, Phad Thai and beef Massaman. The spring rolls were good with the sweet chilli and in abundance, the Massaman was as tasty as it usually is. However, the s&p wings were burnt and the chicken was over cooked to the point where it was hard. The phad Thai was a major disappointment and was inedible. The whole dish went in the bin. The chicken seemed as if it had been reheated, there was no moisture left in the meat and was hard too, the noodles were snotty and over cooked and all in all just a terrible dish. It is understandable that mistakes can be made and when serving food its not easy to cook in a manner thats 100% every single time, but it wasnt even close to something that would resemble acceptable. The most disappointing part of the experience is that when I rung to make the restaurant aware. The response from the very 'Mancunian' phone operative wasnt particularly empathic to my issue. Apparently they had been really busy last night.... That was it. Although the lady wasnt unpleasant, she wasnt particularly customer service driven either. There was an awkward silence where I was hoping shed say 'we'll drop off another dish for you' or 'would you like to call down and we'll replace it'. Instead we got 'when you order again, we'll give you something'. After a long day shift on a Hospital ward in the current situation, being fed the same night was the priority. Unfortunately, because of this, there wont be an opportunity to get something next time. Il not be ordering from here again. Very disappointing.

   Just had takeaway from here via Just Eat. Meal was completely ruined because the paper delivery bag disintegrated and food and half the sauces ended up on kitchen floor and under the kitchen unit. Chilli meal was very good but red curry was very strongly spice so beware. Don't bother with spring rolls as they were very soggy and had little content.
