    Went in last night for the first time in years and it did not disappoint! Fish was divine, chips cooked perfectly and the peas were the ideal amount of mushy. Portion size spot on and all for under a tenner - happy days!

    Ordered for the first time tonight... Never again. Chips barely cooked and the sausage looked like it hadn't even seen the fryer... Still raw in the middle! Nearly £30 wasted!

    2nd time this week i have been in.2nd time no food except chips and sausages and a meat pie.. Really snotty woman barked at me,pudding ready in 20 mins. No idea of customer service. The owner nowhere in sight to complain. Wont be going in again. Matts place all day long.

    Very disappointing food, majority of food luke warm, chips, fish and scallops swimming in grease! Not the 1st time it has happened, but gave it another chance hoping it was a isolated bad experience.

    Absolutely top notch. My friend forced us to call in and try a portion of chips between us. Glad she did, chips were perfection and staff were friendly. The shop was shiny and gleaming. The dine in area looked pretty from what we could see. Well done guys, we will find an excuse to come back.
