   The service here is atrocious to say the least. Came in this afternoon to order some bits, immediately the guy at the counter looked disinterested and had a really cold demeanou. I asked if I could eat and they said no but I could bring my food over to the next door restaurant, miso noodle, to have my meal as they were under the same ownership. After receiving my food, I went next door and let miso noodle staff know I had just bought some food from centre and was told I could have it in miso noodle. They dismissed me and said this was not the case. I went back to xentro to politely question the issue and let their employee know what had happened and his colleagues next door were rude. He told me I’d only be allowed to eat in if I paid VAT and service charge at which point I kind of just walked off. He decided to go next door to have a word, and came back out to inform me in a mocking tone he was going to sack the next door staff. At this point I told him he was being dramatic and indisengaged. He continued to be condescending saying since I said his staff were rude he was going to fire them. I ignored him but he wouldn’t stop his little rant and which point I asked to be left alone. If you want an ounce of decent customer service, which you’d expect considering their prices, go elsewhere. You’d get much better treatment at even Yo Sushi where the food is served on a conveyor belt or McDonalds even.

   Ordered food from here a few times and I've never been disappointed. We've either gone there in person and ordered takeaway or ordered online for delivery. Every time the food has been faultless, loved the octopus and the unagi. Large choice of dishes. Prices a little above average but definitely worth it. We usual order a mixed sashimi set, a mixed sushi set and a couple of other dishes and for two of us it's more than enough. Last time we ordered via deliveroo, took about 30 minutes. The staff are always helpful and friendly.Definitely worth trying the food here.

   Ordered this salmon set box with Uber with big expectations, but now Im totally disappointed. It looks like they wanted to save on rice since there’s barely any in the sushi, rice is not even expensive so I wonder if they couldn’t be bothered to cook some more. The salmon was just ok, although sashimi was tough and chewy, usually when I order from any other place the salmon melts in your mouth. Here some pictures showing the amount of rice I had… Ridiculous never ordering here again!

   I ordered the set Xentro Kitchen here, and it was worth it. I wanted to try this new place and I'm glad I went! Very high quality sushi. Perfect kitchen. There are many kinds on the menu. I ate salmon, tuna and California food -- all very fresh and well-prepared. Looking forward to trying more!

   Xentro Kitchen is on Beckenham high street next to the Miso Noodle Bar, I think they are owned by the same firm and under the same rating.. Miso has a food standards agency rating from March 2019 of 3 out of 5, happy to be corrected if I'm wrong. We opted for two of the sharing sets and found that the quantity of food whilst not looking huge was quite filling. The food and packaging weighed c. 1.1kg. Priced at £40 we though that seemed fairly pricey, perhaps towards the higher end of pricing for the quantity, but the sashimi had quite decent sized slices of tuna. In April 2021 the takeaway has just opened and looks fresh and modern. The food is prepaired freshly infront of you which is a nice touch. The service is friendly and fast.
