   I bought a voucher on Groupon for Mama G's as a birthday present for my husband. When we arrived we loved the layout of the place as it reminded us of cafes in Portugal. It felt very welcoming and cosy and allowed for a lovely intimate meal. Service was fantastic and our meals were made to order. We even watched the owner roll out the pasta for my husband's spaghetti dish! The owner was very friendly and we enjoyed talking to him about his family, how he ended up in the UK and his family recipes. He explained to us how he aimed to always use fresh ingredients in his food which was refreshing to hear. The garlic mushroom starter was like a taste explosion in our mouths, we highly recommend that. My husband had the carbonara and said it was very tasty and the best he had tried and I had a mushroom and Avocado pizza which was lovely too. We could tell everything was made fresh. The owner was also happy to make a vegetarian dish equivalent of any meat dish as they were made to order. We will 100% be going back. The owner also does not want to overcharge for his food so the prices are fantastic!

   Popped in for the first time and ordered a lovely chicken salad paninni and a chicken pasta. Both delicious and the pasta was fresh and clearly homemade. Great dishes and friendly owner who was welcoming and friendly. Would recommend

   Chris is a great guy. Met him for first time today and welcomed us in with open arms. Fresh pasta for £6.50 was such a great buy! Will defo be returning, highly recommend.

   Why have we never been here before, food to die for, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. On our 1st visit we had a Sunday Roast, on our 2nd visit we had beer battered fish, the best chips I’ve ever eaten, we also had mushy peas. This establishment is definitely a jewel in Denton’s crown. PS A credit to Chris, the owner, and his staff.

   We were looking for a breakfast in Denton, we found this little gem just opposite Lidl, oh what a great find it was! Smiling owner, very cosy and making you wanna go back! Very reasonably priced and menus sticking to your hands not because they were dirty but because they’re so nice to touch and browse! We’ll be definitely back for the roast and other menu items (pizza etc). Some music (Italian maybe?) would be nice.

   Always great food here! Nice people and loads of choice. Great prices. The only areas that could sometimes improve are communication and timing (food usually arrives at different times) and table cleaning. Still happy to highly recommend it as a good value café.

   Amazing from the moment we walked in till the moment we left, the food was fabulous cooked by order , the price is phenomenal, the staff are absolutely wonderful, if we didn't live in Yorkshire, we'd be here weekly.
