   Food was shocking , came here for a christmas dinner and the roast potatoes hadn’t seen an oven. the food was cold and stale, as if it had been left in the warmer for days. the only thing i’ll give them is that the gravy was nice and thick. Staff were nice and service was really fast. no complaints about that. but if your considering coming here instead of cooking i would recommend u don’t.

   I has a meal out with my children and grandchildren yesterday the food was delicious and was served quickly. Sarah was fantastic with myself and the children nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you it was appreciated. Kids loved playing in the soft play all round it was a great trip out

   I was surprised by this place. I thought it would be your run of the mill pub experience, but it went beyond that. We had a free dinner for my husband's birthday so we figure, why not?! The staff was incredibly friendly and fun and they even gave him a box of wine gummys for his bday. Food was actually really good! He got a huge cheeseburger and I got a Korean chicken burger and both were great. I would definitely go here again based on this experience. There's plenty of parking and prices are decent.

   My family and I visit here often. The staff are always welcoming and accommodating. The food is good with plenty of choice. Plenty of choice for all the family, even the pickiest of eaters! The carvery was delicious with plenty of choice (yorkshires were epic). Special shout out to Dave behind the bar for always being a superstar and making our visits such a giggle! Thank you to the team, you all work so hard and go above and beyond every visit! See you again soon!

   I was staying in the adjoining Premier Inn, as I was working in the area. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced and there’s also a dinner and breakfast deal for hotel guests. I ordered the smothered platter which was fresh and tasty, with the steak cooked medium perfectly, which is usually ruined with mixed meat platters. Thanks chef. All staff are really friendly and the restaurant is clean and nicely appointed. The Doombar was spot on too, so I’ll definitely be back for my next trip to Denton.

   Amazing service with a simple no fuss menu. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked to order. The drink selection was again simple but well served. The staff are friendly and helpful where nothing is too much trouble. The only let down and it's a small gripe was the appearance of a family who were just a little bit too interested in having a drink rather than parent their toddler. All in all though, next time we're that way we'll definitely drop by.

   Really nice food for the price paid. We normally get a final meal here as we're breaking up for our Christmas period and it's never disappointed. Festive food menu was good. Only criticism I can think of, which is a small one if that, is that the main or most commonly used sauces like ketchup, should be available on the tables

   Food was absolutely delicious, bacon looks burnt but it had a beautiful smokey flavour to it. Paid £9.50 each and we got unlimited drinks and food from cooked and continental breakfast. Loads on offer and not a single bad word to say. All the staff were so kind and lovely to be around, especially Helen. 5 stars, will be coming again very soon
