“Had the carvery. All the vegetables were lovely, perfectly cooked. Roasties would have been nicer with a fluffier type of potato. Roast beef beautiful. Perfect apple crumble with loads of custard. Lovely waitress and lovely manager from the Hesketh which closed down and is still missed.”

“I was staying in the adjoining Premier Inn, as I was working in the area. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced and there’s also a dinner and breakfast deal for hotel guests. I ordered the smothered platter which was fresh and tasty, with the steak cooked medium perfectly, which is usually ruined with mixed meat platters. Thanks chef. All staff are really friendly and the restaurant is clean and nicely appointed. The Doombar was spot on too, so I’ll definitely be back for my next trip to Denton.”

“Took a trip to The Windmill recently and had a great experience. The food was tasty and came out quickly, and my other family members loved the carvery. What really caught my attention is how nice the staff is I was served by Dsean. He served our food with a smile, cleared our plates, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.
