   7 of us had a fab meal on Saturday afternoon we all had Mikes Pies they are amazing, best Pie I have ever had. He has a good choice of flavours I had the minted lamb, packed with meat. We all enjoyed the meal very much, his deserts are great too. Mike and his wife are so lovely and very friendly cannot do enough for you at the meal, if you love a good pie go here plus his menu is great lots to choose from Thanks Mike hope to see you soon xx

   Stopped into this pub on the way home from a weekend wedding to break up our journey. The chef and host could not do anymore for us. The food (mikes kitchen) was delicious I had a chicken roast and my husband had a homemade pie. Our daughter is a fussy eater they accommodated her perfectly. Staff were very friendly and easy to talk to, as we left they were setting up for karaoke, wish we weren't leaving.

   Menu was good, not a lot on. The Xmas menu looked really good with competitive prices. Parking is not a problem but you have to register your car regd. No. In the pub via a computer that is there for that purpose. No idea what happens if you don't.disabled parking and entrance available.plenty of alcohol on display,Staff are friendly but professional. We'll worth a visit for a pint or food.
