Absolutely terrible. Ordered on their website, says the food is delivered but no one called and there was nothing outside our door. We called multiple times but it would go straight to voicemail. We ended up going to the place itself and it was disgusting, small kitchen in a basement, very unsanitary including the work surfaces and chefs. They claimed that the food was left outside of the apartment building and took a picture, apparently they tried to contact. We did not receive anything, someone else had taken the food as it was left outside near the bins? They did not want to refund us and said it was our fault because they did deliver the food. How do you claim it's delivered when you haven't handed it to the customer? Or even taken it to the door? They were very disrespectful. We got no food, and no refund. They told us the head of delivery would call us back within 24 hours, it has been 2 days now and no sign of any call or refund.

Quality of tuna was very poor. They used cucumber instead of avocado in the rolls. Vegetable tempura was mainly red pepper. The Wasabi was squeezed onto the lid of the soya sauce, which I find quite unhygienic. We left most of it. Spent almost Β£50 & won't be ordering from this establishment again.

Worst service experience Iβve ever had in London. They messed up with our order and after I called them for 4-5 times they said they would prepare a new order for us. The communication with the staff was also really hard. Our food eventually arrived after 2.5 hours from our initial order. Even though the food quality was decent, I would never order again from this place.

Saw the previous reviews but decided to try anyway as it was a really good price. They clearly have taken the feedback on board. Ordered from Deliveroo and can say it's restaurant quality sushi for a local takeaway. Sushi set was excellent and fresh. Reccomend the eel and seared Tuna sashimi. Packed and presented well with soy, Wasabi, ginger and chopsticks. Perfect for a picnic! Delivery was as advised. Will definitely eat from here again.

I ordered a large platter (where thereβs an option to customise) and eel through Uber Eats. The sushi is not the most amazing you can find in London and I would preferred an option where you donβt have to pick a vegetarian option as part of the platter. I also didnβt think the fish was the best quality or freshest. Overall however, the sushi from Sushi Zone was decent enough compared to the few other options available south of the river. The main issue I had was that the delivery took an extremely long time even though I live fairly close. I was quoted a delivery time of 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes from ordering but the delivery ended up taking just over 2 hours. Iβm not sure whether this is the fault of Sushi Zone or the delivery driver but I was extremely surprised at the long wait considering the distance from Sushi Zone to my house.
