   Chicken tasted like microwaved leftovers. A little dry and some parts hard. Curry sauce didn't taste like curry in any form I've ever had before. Had better food at cookhouses in army camps.

   Was visiting Moorfields and wanted a quick lunch, Itsu always great value for food in London. Had a couple of issues with my payment card, staff could not of done more to help and resolve. So nice to get a personal service in a what is a large chain of food outlets. Thank you City road staff.

   After a difficult morning at the hospital I came in to grab lunch. I was struggling to read the menu and the lovely team member (Denisa) helped me look up items on the screen and made recommendations. Really fantastic customer service and yummy food!

   Great stop off for a quick healthy lunch at a reasonable price! Great for students On budget! The food was fresh and healthy with all the great flavours. I ordered to eat in famous coconut chicken soup ! Added a poach egg !

   15 minutes before closing time, they let you order to tell you after 10 minutes waiting there’s no more food available and they have to refund. Very bad service by lazy staff

   A nice change; a first for me in fact, but in terms of v. f. m its nothing to shout about. What cost me just short of £8 should really have been little more than £5 and, more importantly, given that the place was virtually empty at the time of my visit, and that all food is freshly prepared (apparently, so it is claimed), then I fail to understand why, when I took the lid of my pot, what was inside was only lukewarm. There's no excuse for that.

   This is a Japanese restaurant located in Central London. The restaurant set up is beautifully done. There are some outside sittings available too. The choice of food is reasonably wide. Food is fresh. Quality of food is good. Prices are reasonable. Cash and cards are accepted. All food are offered at half price from 8.30 pm onwards. Cleanliness is good. Service is good. Online food delivery is available too.
