Thought I would try this restaurant via Too Good To Go (£3.89) as I had not been there in years and wanted to see if it was still as good as it was. Unfortunately it was not, it wasn't bad but just not great. It was ok.
The staff at Fuji Japanese Restaurant are very kind and helpful. They smile and greet people nicely. The service is quick, and they listen carefully to what guests need. Everyone feels welcome. The food at Fuji Japanese Restaurant is fresh, tasty, and well-cooked. Every dish looks nice and has good flavor.
It was absolutely wonderful here. The food was the yummiest I’ve had in ages and such a good value for money. I would definitely return.
I just left Fuji Restaurant and had such a lovely experience. The menu offers a great variety of Japanese dishes, and everything we tried tasted fresh and authentic. The sushi was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I loved every bite. The staff were attentive and very kind, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is modern and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine.. Its definitely a place you go to when you want an unforgettable taste.
I have placed many orders through Deliveroo/Uber Eats. The sushi is consistently good and the fish tastes fresh all the time . Some times the way of sushi box coming well displayed. Happy to open it . Yesterday was bit diff, make better for your happy customers . They are my go-to sushi take out. Better than more expensive restaurants out there.I had a sushi roll come a bit broken today (might be due to delivery driver) and Uber refunded me for it. My family all the time order from here , best sushi . I think some sushi rolls are very good and others are a bit more mediocre. Best ones I had are Rainbow, Salmon Crunch, Dragon
Went a few days back, after a while away. Used to be good here. Are they using a different kind of rice nowadays to save money? Dunno. But it's nothing like Japanese rice regardless. The katsu with egg and huge amount of onion, had way too much liquid and the whole fetid thing felt like it had been kept warm in a steamy nappy. Yuk. Wrong texture, wrong taste. Tuna tasted of nothing. No idea if it even was tuna. Won't be back.
I was looking for a good Japanese restaurant and I found this one while browsing on Uber eat. I got chicken katsu curry with no much expectation, but it turned out it was really delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the food was still piping hot when it arrived. I will definitely order from them again and hopefully other food will be as good as the katsu curry. Might also visit the restaurant in person just out of curiosity. Well done to the chefs. I definitely recommend it~
Absolutely delicious, friendly staff, amazing presentation and with a 20% happy hour discount on food was amazing value. Would return and highly recommend!
A nice little spot nestled in the heart of Church street! Offers good food, good service, and most importantly good pricing! We went as a group of two and ordered a variety of different dishes! We enjoyed the food, and we left with little to complain about! Although the salmon teriyaki was practically swimming in sauce, it was great! The ramen was flavourful and the miso soup was at a perfect temperature to eat! Although the music was a bit off for a Japanese restaurant, it was still great. If you don’t mind compromising on ambience for taste, then you will love this spot! Another key point was the price, it was super affordable and still kept quality! Overall I would definitely come here again! And recommend it to others.
