Absolutely shocking service. Ordered online, went in person to collect and was informed somebody has already taken my order. They kept my money and refused service, would recommend looking for a different takeaway.
Spent a lot of money at simply grill and food has always been fantastic but tonight bought a mixed grill kebab and half way through found a long black hair in the middle of kebab.will not be spending another penny again in there.noticed a similar complaint about hairs in kebab from another reviewer.they need to sort this out fast.
Absolutely the worst food ever. reheated chips. chicken warmed up in the microwave The place is filthy and I mean filthy.went here when it first opened and it was really nice. But terrible now had to throw the food away wouldn't even give it my dogs
We are new to the area and have had food from Simply Grill twice now. Can honestly say we have NOT been disappointed! The food is fresh, delicious and piping hot. Portion sizes great too! Friendly staff, highly recommended!
Been waiting a long time to be able to buy a decent kebab in failsworth. The mixed kebab from here are top notch. The Chicken tikka, Lamb Tikka, seekh and donner meats are all juicy and tasty and the medium sauce is also tasty. I gave it 5 stars because there wasn't an option to give 10. Give this place a chance it's banging
WARNING .......! ! ! I have just ordered an Indian for the family from this takeaway I have never ever tasted anything so disgusting in all my life I feel like I’m having labour pains as my stomach is that bad I could not eat the food as the rice smells like Mouldy cheese. I ordered the lamb madras but it wasn’t Lamb that I got it tasted like beef or maybe someone’s pedigree cat. I’m currently on the phone to the NHS direct and the environmental health, my daughter has chronic pain and has got severe diarrhoea. I contacted the place to tell them about the order and the fella on the phone was just laughing at the other end this place needs closing down and im certainly not letting this go!!!!! Trust me £30.00 down and now im going to be off work with food poisoning I would of been better off with a curry from asda at least I would of known what was in it . . . . .
