   The order NEVER arrived! I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, disrespectful and unapologetic for the unprofessionalism to the point that I was on the verge of tears. The lady typed in the wrong address and said that there is no more “jerk chicken and that I should request something else”. Upon feeling overwhelmed I requested a cancellation to which she agreed before abruptly hanging the phone on me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

   I love GG's and I have never been disappointed before, however I placed an order on uber and the snapper was really dry and the oxtail was really tough. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the lady replied with who is this. I said I placed an order on uber and regularly eat from there but am wondering if you are having an off day because my snapper is really dry and my oxtail is really tough and rubbery. The lady was very rude and the customer service was very poor. Usually when I go there I am served by a friendly gentleman. This woman began to tell me the oxtail is not tough because she is eating a piece right now and that it must just be the piece Im eating and she dont know what to tell me. So I said its only 5 pieces in the container and im on the second piece. Both are like this and was trying to explain to her that their food is normally really good however today I am a bit disappointed. You know this woman started shouting talking about im disrespecting her by saying the oxtail was tough and than hung up the phone in my ear. I tried to call back and she would not answer. Sad part is I come from a customer service background and I understand off days. What I will not accept is PAYING FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE because I can shop elsewhere. She just lost a loyal customer due to her lack of accountability and her lack of respect. If a customer does not call and give feed back how would you know if something is wrong? I was not asking for a refund or anything I just wanted her to know the quality of food was not up to the usual standard. It's safe to say I love their food, but I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THERE AGAIN. If she is the manager she needs to do better. Her staff are more friendly and approachable than she is. I will be telling my friends and family do not go there nomore. I will pay more for better customer service and feel no way.

   Always get from here the last few times has been a let down. Yesterday 2 large curry goats both of them was thrown just rice curry and bone! Both of them, not acceptable and will not be ordering from here again. You’s have lost good custom

   As a Caribbean restaurant connoisseur, I have been to many restaurants across UK wherever I go. Although a lot of things listed on their menu were unavailable, I can definitely say I had the best rice and peas + Jerk chicken of my life. This was the ultimate calibrator to all my previous meals. The price was fair, the portions were so big I could have feast myself for 2 days. Thinking of that place makes my mouth salivate. If you are going to Manchester and you are into Caribbean food, or want to try, visit them. You won't be disappointed.

   The Chicken is very nice. The gravy has a nice sweet BBQ taste. Dumplings are awesome. First time I have tried this place and it was very nice.
