Don't trust this place me and my friend walk pass this at night and shop driver getting Angy with use and chase me and Friend with knife if you know this car he needs sacking
I never leave reviews but this milkshake is so bad I felt obligated. The worst milkshakes I’ve ever tasted. They taste like milk with a hint of sweetener, so stingy with the chocolate. Delivery always takes a lifetime too. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
Absolutely fantastic staff, great selection of ice creams, cakes and other deserts. The biggest pro is that it is open till late night. Decent pricing and what looked like good hygiene practice as well. I would definitely keep visiting atleast once a week.
Decided to go on a late night dessert trip, found this place on Google Maps, ordered in the car and picked up 20 mins later. Customer service was exceptional and super professional. We ordered 2 cake shakes, cookie dough, and a waffle and it tasted incredible. For the portion sizes, if anything they gave us too much so no complaints. Next dessert trip we're going there again!
I 100% do not recommend this place! I asked for an M&M waffle which came as peanut M&Ms. This isn't stated anywhere on the menu. I wouldn't mind personally but my partner cannot eat them! The 'cookie dough' turned out to be a dry cookie burnt round the edges. They might as well not give you ice cream as the portion size is pointless and is generic ice cream you can get from anywhere. This wouldn't be a problem but for the price you would want something a little more special. The only thing authentic about this place is the terrible customer service where the person taking your order is playing on her phone and not paying attention.maybe that's how I ended up with peanuts?
I usually order from a different place (gelato) but didn't have my usual order. The portion size of the corflake tart was tiny and didn't have the bite that you usually desire and I would have hoped for a little more custard, didn't cover their little tart. The second desert was okay (Ferrero rocher with Nutella spread waffle) not many ferreros and a small amount of Nutella spread. They tried with complimentary sweets they threw in. Overall it was okay.
ordered a couple of times from here. wont be doing so again. apple crumble came straight from the fridge. meant to be hot.And it was tiny like the mini sponge puddings from Tesco.. Considering it was over a fiver it was a total rip off. Tried ringing sugar shack but the number is invalid so you can't ring up to complain. Makes you wonder why they only use food delivery apps
