Ordered 1 starter and 1 main at 18:40 and delivered 20:55 2hrs and 10mins later. No courtesy phonecalls to say it will be late, similar experience to a prev reviewer phoned at 20:00 told 20mins, phoned again 20:30 told any minute, arrived 25mins later after that. No extras to compensate. Told 1 delivery car. It is probably better to refuse orders or remove delivery option for the evening than receieve negative reviews and lose custom. 2hrs for a £12 order is poor service. Will not be ordering again and will not be recommending to others.
Little hidden gem... Friendly staff, quick accurate service and amazing food. Clean and fresh. Open kitchen, so you can see the magic happen. Extensive, authentic menu with reasonable prices. Great deals if on a budget. Highly recommended. Will be visiting again and sampling the new Take-Awsy.
