    I’ve found they are always stingy with the fillings so I don’t like going to this store! But they have really outdone themselves, I ordered 2 foot longs subs, collected them and got home and they both had 1 piece of meat on each sub! I don’t know who they think they are but this is unacceptable!

    Always greeted with a smile and friendly welcome in this Subway, the staff are so lovely and the food is always perfect. They get my order right every time I don't think the below comment is fair at all, as they have clearly done whatever they could to get you the sandwich that you wanted rather than making you opt for another. If you aren't happy with anything then they are always happy to accommodate! I will definitely continue to visit this Subway!

    Only enough meatballs for a 6", but they didn't say that as is usual practice at a Subway. Instead the manager told the staff member (who I assume to be fairly new to the job) to get a cold unprepared lot from the back and just stick some in the toaster for 30 seconds. This is no way to prepare hot food which is usually done by microwaving for about 10 minutes. And it's certainly not a good thing to train new staff to do. The sandwich ended up being exactly how you'd expect it to be, cold and awful. While paying I was informed of a survey to complete, which I have done and have made sure to include as much detail as possible within the 500 character limit. I won't be returning to this particular Subway in the future.
