   I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is a must! 10/10 desserts every single time without a miss and that is no exaggeration! I have a very sweet tooth and every time I give other dessert shops a try,I come right back as genuinely no one can do it like Kandy Kraze. I’ve been ordering from here for years and I can’t fault anything but the delivery timing like others yes it needs worked on however this does not affect the quality of desserts one bit. Definitely the best in Oldham! (Ferrero crumble is my go to, it’s a must try)

   Requested 5 updates to see where my order was as it was over an hour and half late and was ignored all 5 times and rang a few times which they kept ignoring when they did answer they said it was ready for pick up then once I said I was cancelling the order she stated the delivery guy had already taken the order out. I stated I wanted the order cancelled. However they still get the delivery guy to come and drop the stuff off another 25 mins after this. I live 5 mins away from the place so it wasn't ready. Id gone out by now. he rang me 6 times which is ridiculous after not answering there own phones, told him that the order had been cancelled, he then proceeded to just leave the cancelled order on my doorstep. All on camera. Avoid at all costs. Joke of a place.

   Ordered on a Wednesday night just before 7pm on Uber for 3 desserts. Estimated delivery said 35-45minutes. Rang at 7.55pm to check how long order would be, was told by a young girl that they are just warming one of the desserts. Received a phone call 5 minutes later to check the other 2 items we ordered. At 8.40pm I again rang, this time I asked to cancel as the kids had gone to bed. However the order had been sent out already & was 5mins away. I came to check reviews & realised this was an ongoing problem, a lot of people have complained about the same issues. To anyone ordering, order 2-3 hours prior to you wanting the desserts!

   Absolutely loved the desserts! Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The waffles were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the cookie dough was spot on. Portions were generous and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. Easily one of the best dessert places around, highly recommend

   If I could rate a 0 I would. Absolutely appalling, over 2 hours I have been waiting for just a milkshake and waffle. Milkshake tasted disgusting and was just ice cream. Do not order! Surprised it is still open with the amount of bad reviews.

   The desserts are really A Star ! Very popular it seems,, although sometimes everyone wants it straight away it has been a few mins late at busy periods which is understandable. Well worth the extra wait imo.

   if i could give this place no stars i would but it’s not possible so a one star it is. me & my family had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our desserts to be delivered, a good two hours wait it was. i have heard about countless horrible encounters that people have had with kandy kraze but i still decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt. however, you can now add me onto the list of people who have had horrible experiences with this place. the only thing that tasted decent was the vanilla ice cream as it would taste at any dessert place. the desserts we ordered were mediocre. my chocolate cake came stale and i couldn’t even bring myself to eat it, after paying £7 for custard and cake i wanted to really enjoy it but that chocolate cake had been sitting there for a good few weeks beforehand. my kids were not pleased with their cookie doughs either, never again! do NOT order from here.

   Don't bother ordering unless you mind waiting nearly 2 hours. On their Ubereats page it states delivery is 10-30 minutes, but they change it as soon as you have paid. I waited nearly 2 hours for 2 waffles, still didn't arrive so rang and the girl said they hadn't even been sent out yet so had to cancel cause my partner had to go to work, then had the cheek to try and still charge me for them!
