   Hard to describe. This place is an institution of Featherstall road. Been here for decades and the best thing they do is Donner & Chips and the fresh Jalebi during Ramadan. Don't go in there for anything else because you'll be disappointed. I took a fat friend here the other and he stupidly ordered Fried Chicken that looked about 5 days old. What the staff did next will amaze and astonish you. THEY RE-FRIED THE FRIED CHICKEN. When we took the food home to eat, he described it as trying to eat oily rubber. He did not finish the meal and now probably won't come out again for another 5 years. So just order donner and chips with salad and mix sauce. The sauce is what makes the standard donner special.

   Bought some Rasa Gola, for a occasion and it turned out to be rock solid in the middle, my son and daughter were unable to eat it so it ended up in bin... Tried ringing them and the bloody number doesn't exist, what a joke...

   Lousy service, wife placed an advance order 7 hours in advance to be exact, during Ramadan iftari, went to collect my order at specified time (8pm) guy at the countered denied that an advance order was placed he went around asking the other 5 staff they all denied it, i had to call home ask the Mrs to describe the guy who never give the his name to her although she asked, i had to argue with the counter staff before someone in the kitchen said he toke the order down at 2pm as i claimed, by that time lost 30min and then they ended up giving Jilabi that was half done just to get me out of their hair. These guys don't act like processional and have no concept of writing orders down, what was the point of placing a order 7 hours in advance, the owner then accepted their mistake after his staff made a seen with a shop full of customers, guys grow up.
