Already planning our next visit! I’m a coeliac and this is one of the best gluten-free dining experiences I’ve had. The choice of food is just incredible, and everything I ate was sublime. The hamachi jalapeño sushi was gorgeous, as was the cold char siu chicken. The stand out dish for me was miso buta kakuni - perfectly tender pork belly in miso with a lovely jammy egg. My non-coeliac partner had chicken katsu with curry sauce, and he said the chicken was the best he’s ever had. We also shared the truffle fries which were 10/10. Service was fantastic - very friendly and attentive. Food came out promptly which was great as we were starving! I cannot wait to come back for a gluten free katsu! £95 for two cocktails, two sharers, rice, sushi, katsu, fries, and service. Really good value and the portion sizes are very generous.

I visited Okko in Broadway Market with my whole family, and we were honestly blown away. The service was excellent from start to finish — so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely incredible, beautifully presented, and really well-priced for the quality. We had a mix of young kids and older kids with us, and every single one of them loved the food (a miracle in itself!). The atmosphere is relaxed but vibrant, and it felt like such a treat. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Came here for a birthday meal with around 10 people, they did a good job at accommodating that number of people within the space. The food was excellent, exceptional even. A real wide variety so potentially look at the menu before going. The real let down was the vibe. They told us to be quiet at one point, also took away some of our drinks while still drinking. Very quickly turned from good vibes to, get these people out of here. TLDR: great place to eat with great food. Not the choice for as the group.

Poor Service - Avoid This Place Went twice, same awful experience both times. They seat you at “reservation” tables without telling you upfront, then rush you to finish your food the moment it arrives. Asked if the table was reserved the second time - waitress said no, then did the exact same thing again. You can’t enjoy a meal when staff are hovering over you demanding you hurry up after you’ve already ordered and paid. There are non-reservation tables available - use them or tell customers upfront about time limits. Won’t be back. Plenty of other places that actually want your business. 1/5 stars

Well done! Their Japanese fusion cuisine is absolutely excellent. The food is really tasty and nicely prepared with fresh ingredients. I loved the available vegan options and the option to add lots of extra ingredients to the main dishes. The truffle fries were amazing as well as the gyozas. The service is also great. Very friendly and polite. Absolutely recommend

Food is very good, and the service too. They are very friendly and helpful when it comes to food restrictions. I could eat sushi and other plates with no soy and no gluten. All plates are good so anything you order will be perfect.

Excellent vegetarian and vegan choices. Highly recommend the vegan sushi rolls - great flavour and texture in all dishes. The small plates are where they really shine. The ramen was great but we couldn’t stop thinking about the aubergine salad sauce!

Visited on a Sunday at midday in early September. (Also ate here a few years ago.) I quite enjoy the restaurant. Easygoing vibes, friendly and attentive staff. Wide variety of dishes under the broad “Japanese fusion” banner. The food is generally delicious. Occasionally on the sweet and/or salty side, but it’s all very tasty. Most recently we enjoyed chicken ramen, miso aubergine, wagyu gyoza, sushi, miso-glazed salmon, soft shell crab tacos, and Korean fried chicken (“KFC”). Quite good value overall. Highly recommended.

Nice little Japanese fusion spot - way calmer than the other places along the road. Loved the vibe. We had chicken ramen and salmon tacos. They are nice but not extraordinary.
