We visited Turkish Bistro for the £14:95 lunch time menu and it was great to see a restaurant so busy at lunch time! No wonder it was busy as it is lovely food, great service and brilliant price! For £56 we got 2 cocktails each aswell as the set menu. I had the mixed mezze - halloumi, falafel, sujuk, muska borek served with tzatziki, chilli dip with salad and flat bread and my daughter had muska borek served with dips and side salad. This came out really quickly which we were grateful for as starving lol. The cocktails were lush - it’s 2 for £15 and chose the porn star martini (not shy with the measures lol) Then onto mains I had the lamb doner with rice, salad and tzatziki with a grilled tomato and my daughter had sea bass which came on a bed of boiled potatoes, broccoli and green beans with a side salad. The staff are absolutely the sweetest people. They had to temporarily open the front doors due to the extraction fan and this woman near us was quite horrible and complaining about being cold (regardless of health n safety) and they handled it very professionally and with grace, when there was actually no need for this customer to react like she did. Was a great end to my daughters birthday celebrations. Thank you will be back to try a dessert - the cakes looked divine but we were too full x

Stepping into Turquoise in Cheadle is like being warmly hugged by a restaurant that knows its own character inside out. The décor isn’t trying to impress with chandeliers or glitter thankfully but instead wraps you in warmth with local artwork on the walls that feels like it’s been chosen by someone who actually likes art not someone who just Googled “restaurant paintings.” It’s inviting homely and gives you the sense that whether you’re bringing the family for a big feast or sneaking in for a romantic dinner for two you’re in the right place. Now the food. This is where Turquoise flexes its muscles. Take the full English. It’s not a plate of sadness and regret it’s a proper spread. The sausages aren’t your usual limp Richmonds. No these beauties taste like they’ve just been pinched from a farmer who still sings to his livestock. I don’t even like sausages usually but these have that magic balance meaty juicy and full of intent. And if you fancy they’ll happily swap one out for a Turkish sausage which adds a little drama to the plate like inviting a flamenco dancer to your breakfast table. Their Mediterranean and Turkish dishes carry the same ethos generous but never sloppy bold but never brash. You can tell nothing’s rushed here. It all tastes fresh like someone actually cared as they stirred the pot. The staff are relaxed happy and with that ease that says “We’d rather be here than anywhere else.” They don’t hover like suspicious pigeons nor do they vanish when you need them they’re just right. And the value. Well it’s excellent. Other places might leave you nursing the sting of buyer’s remorse but here you walk away content your wallet intact and your taste buds gently applauding. Turquoise doesn’t just feed you it reminds you that food cooked with love and pride makes everything better. And if you’re lucky the sausages might even wink at you on the way out

We went for deserts, and next time, we will consider them for dinner, too, since we loved the Ambiance and friendly staff. It was super busy, nice crowd as well and suitable for families with kids as well.

Turkish Bistro on High Street in Cheadle is an excellent dining destination. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The menu features a wide range of authentic Turkish dishes, but the Lamb Sizzler is undoubtedly the highlight. The meat is cooked to perfection and served on a sizzling hotplate with a medley of vegetables, rice, and salad. The flavors are bold and aromatic, and the portion size is generous. Overall, if you're in the mood for delicious Turkish cuisine, the Turkish Bistro is the place to be, and the Lamb Sizzler is a must-try dish.

Me and my son went here for the first time today. Beautiful food, reasonably priced, lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff. We will be returning soon.

Great place. We ordered two menus and the food was very good, tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommended. Will come back. The place is family friendly. Why only four stars? Because they don't accept pet dogs. We have a dog and he is part of the family. So it is our policy to give five stars only to great places that do not force us to split the family. Well behaved dogs in a restaurant do not bother people who don't have dogs but is a great plus to pet owners

Nice decor, chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. Coffee was standard and pistachio cake was nice but a little dry and lacking pistachio flavour. Would be interested to try other dishes there and update. Price was reasonable around £7/8 for cake and coffee.
