   Told the man to do the chicken kebab well done he starts acting funny and very rude telling me how I should have my food I even offered to pay more as it won’t be eaten if it wasn’t well done (that’s just how I like my food) smirking and laughing never going there again wasn’t even well done didn’t end up eating it because the man behind the till didn’t want to leave it on the grill for a extra few minutes, absolute joke

   The food here is good, and the owner is very polite and cheerful, which makes the experience pleasant. Service is okay, though there’s some room for improvement. It’s a nice quiet environment not loud or crowded, nice place to eat.

   Chips pail as chalk not cooked soggy grease and just undercooked. As you can see the guy who cooked the chips has tried to lie and said these have been fried for 4 minutes this obvious not true 80 seconds max if the chip was cold they would look like they have never seen oil.    Tried this place for the first time in November 2023. Food is very average and place is ok hygiene wise. The staff are friendly and hospitable but the food lets this place down. It’s not the cleanest. Not sure if I’d go again especially with so much choice on this road. Ordered chicken, Kabeda and also two pizzas which were fully loaded but sometimes less is more.

   Very disappointing customer service. I ordered on Uber eats and the order had not arrived within the time yet which the app was suggesting. I called for an update which is when they explained that it’s going to be 30 mins. I merely explained that’s much later than the expected time suggested in the app. They said the order is being processed now and we can expect it asap. So I genuinely and innocently explained that they should maybe fix that on the system so as a customer we can manage our expectations of delivery. The employee from jannat told me I’m wasting more time speaking to him on the phone about this so I can expect a further delay in the order. I was just shocked really. I was kindly offering constructive reasonable feedback which they clearly don’t have the capacity to take on. After the phone call I got a notification that the order has been cancelled by the restaurant. Quite disappointed and surprised that a takeaway can take so much offence by a customer reasonably explaining a way to improve their service. Reading other reviews on Google, I can see that this tone of theirs must be common as other reviews also read delays in the orders which led to cold food etc and no compensation or consideration from the takeaway. What a shame.

   Fatia were good. The donor and chicken were very dry. Overall service was slow and to top it all, the guy who served us was robbing us of £9 something. Totally disgusting behaviour you just don't expect that. After speaking to the manager he got upset his pizza got burnt and gave us £10 in a angry tone, the money we did not accept. It's not about the money. It's the principle, We are customers simple. £6.60 for two 1.5 ltr Pepsi bottles robbing gets. Definetly needs a customer review.
