   Players Cheethamhill is definitely one of the best place to visit if you’re craving delicious, flavorful food. Their grill burger is my absolute favourite — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with amazing spices. The hot wings are also incredible, full of flavour with just the right amount of heat. And the desi ban kabab is awesome. The quality of the food, along with the overall experience, makes this spot a must-try. Highly recommended!

   The food at Players Cheetham Hill is very good and really represents itself well — no complaints about the quality. However, the staff are letting the place down. Almost every time I’ve visited, they are distracted — either on the phone, chatting with each other, with the kitchen staff, or with friends. They speak in their own language while customers are waiting, which comes across as unprofessional. At the very least, when customers are present, the focus should be on service. Another recurring issue is food temperature. A few times, the food has been served not properly warm. While they will reheat it if you ask, it should be served hot and fresh from the start without needing to mention it. All sales and reputation depend heavily on staff. The food itself is great, but the staff and customer service urgently need training. Otherwise, they are letting the franchise down and pushing customers away.

   Honestly one of the best Burger Joints in Cheetham hill Manchester. I ordered a Grill Burger ( very peri burger ). So flavourful and portion size was amazing. Anyone who likes grill chicken and isn't scared to eat a big burger should definitely try that one. I also ordered Wings which were well seasoned! Having a sweet tooth I also ordered a shake which to mention was massive! Can't fault this place one bit, amazing customer service with a unique atmosphere. Will be coming back for more!

   ordered 26/11/2021 via Uber Eats, delivery quick/tracking info shown and friendly courier. The picture doesn’t do the Mighty Players chicken burger justice.. it is MASSIVE, two massive succulent chicken fillets coated in the most crispiest/tastiest coating I’ve had on a burger in a long time, well worth the money paid and I’d go so far as to say better than Chunky Chicken/Dixy Chicken/Allen’s fried chicken, the only let down was ordering a large fries as part of the meal and getting the smallest packet ever, definitely an after thought. The chicken rice box is a great filling tasty portion and enjoyed by the family. The classic players burger was on a buy one get one free, and was enjoyed by the family who got it. The other menu options look great and will definitely look to order again from them in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
