Everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was good. But they don't know how to make a chicken Caesar salad. To be fair they do flag this up on the menu by saying it's made with baby gem lettuce. The bacon bits were inedible and the chicken had no char on it. Etc
The Laureate Restaurant in Manchester truly outdid themselves with our daughter's birthday pizza workshop. The pizza workshop was a hands-on experience that our daughter loved. The chefs were patient, informative, and made the entire process fun for everyone involved. When it came time for dinner, the food was absolutely exceptional. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and a delicious blend of flavors. The service was impeccable, and our waitress, Andrea, was particularly outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience truly memorable. Overall, our daughter's birthday celebration at The Laureate was a huge success. The pizza workshop was a unique and exciting experience, and the dinner was fantastic. We would highly recommend The Laureate to anyone looking for a special and memorable dining experience.
Akyra was our server for our first time in the restaurant and was so welcoming, helpful & friendly. We had a great meal, delicious food & our kids enjoyed making their own pizza with the chef! Highly recommend.
Located in the Hyatt Hotel and operated by them. You can choose from the bar and restaurant menu so a decent choice. Waiting staff were excellent, as was the food. With drinks, expect to pay at least 30 a head for a main and a drink. They add 12pct on top for service FYI. Did I say the food was delicious?
First visit 10/27/22 we had the salmon and the short rib both were excellent. The waitstaff are attentive and are familiar with the menu we ordered our meals based on their suggestions. One of the best restaurants in Manchester.
Would have loved to try their steaks but as I went there on New Years Eve I was told the menu is very limited. There was no note about it on the website or anywhere though.
Love the variety of entrees, great portion size for tapas style sharing with friends. Cocktails from the Graduate bar are amazing too!
Very good restaurant with some amazing food and wine. We had a pleasure of staying in the hotel twice and visiting this amazing restaurant. Location makes it even better and atmosphere in the evening is great. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Special mention to Martin who looked after us that evening.
Lovely new restaurant with an amazing menu that changes seasonally, plus their very own pizza chef, which is something I've never come across before. The steaks were out of this world and the pudding cocktails are a genuine stroke of genius. Great value and exceptional service in a really stylish setting.
