“My first time at Everyman and I was blown away by the fantastic customer service. As soon as we arrived we were wonderful greeted and shown a table before we waited for the screen to be open. A lovely guy with a beard and glasses came and sat to take our order - I couldn’t get over how incredibly friendly and polite he was. The service was worth every penny and the food was delicious.”

“Had an amazing time at Hawksmoor Manchester. The team’s hospitality was spot-on — friendly, genuine, and made us feel really well looked after. Started the evening with a few cocktails at the bar, which were fantastic. The steak was the real highlight — perfectly cooked medium rare, juicy, and full of flavour. Honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long while, and I’ve been to quite a few steakhouses! Lovely ambience too — perfect for a relaxed date night.”

“Valentina and all the staff are so friendly. Well furnished stylish and amazing food especially the chicken breast with chips. The romanian chef there is a real pro. We lost our wallet there and they kept in the safe the next day now thats what I call a dam good restaurant. Highly recommend. Deserts are fab too!”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“Harrison was a lovely server, very welcoming and accommodating. We had the evening set menu and it was a great value for money! “What a place! The location, the decor, the welcome, the staff, the service and of course the food all out of this World. Warm welcome, knowledgeable sommelier who exudes positivity and tells you a fabulous story about the wine, I could listen to him all day. The food is served and explained and is of an exquisite nature. I often don’t even read the ingredients and just try it - and I’m never disappointed. You’d be surprised how small dishes can fill you so much. A fabulous place, and a credit to Simon Wood. We will be back again and again.”

“Ghelila served us in the bar and was amazing! Completely re corrected the mistakes of the bar tenders and made sure we had an amazing night. “Just got back from an overnight stay with my 8 year old autistic son. My sons special interest is vehicles of any description, I mentioned this when booking the room and asked if we could possibly be overlooking either a road or train station. Our room was perfect, he was blown away, we could see trains, trams, buses cars the whole shabang! The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, helpful, understanding of my son and his needs, nothing has been too much trouble. We enjoyed the pool, had room service and ate at the breakfast buffet. All fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, the staff and location are perfect.”

“I asked Ryan's Italian to cater a works event in Manchester City centre and ordered 20 pizzas. The pizzas were delivered on time and hot. All night I was being asked where I ordered the pizzas from as everyone was loving them. Thank you very much for catering our event!”

“Fantastic restaurant serving freshly cooked Palestinian food of a high standard and with lovely warm service that is attentive and efficient. We’ve eaten at many Middle Eastern restaurants and this is one the best we’ve been to. The Knafeh is excellent and ends a wonderful meal. We also loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and strawberry, mango and pineapple smoothie! If only they had Palestinian ice cream!”

“We had our first meal at this restaurant tonight and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff who were attentive to our needs. A really nice touch was when the chef came out of the kitchen to ask us how our food was. This is something I've only seen on TV before, but it was a really personal and thoughtful gesture that made me feel valued as a customer. The food was also delicious and flavorful. We had pizza, carbonara and risotto and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling satisfied but not overstuffed. We also had the tiramisu and chocolate fudge cake both were delicious. The price of the food is a little bit higher than some other restaurants I've been to, but I think it's worth it for the quality of the food and the excellent service. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!”

“Great food. What can I say. Only had the ribs this time with the Bonochi Garlic Bread and it was fantastic. Definitely be back on Mother's Day. I just wish I had a bigger appetite so I could try everything on the menu all in one night........oh and the food is probably half eaten in the pics because it just had to be dived into and eaten. “As a family tradition we go out for breakfast on the morning of a holiday. We tried this cafe as the reviews were very positive and my wife had heard about it through a work colleague. The staff were very welcoming. There were a few regulars in who made the place seem very community focussed, more friends than customers. The food was really good freshly prepped after we ordered. When I mentioned where we going on holiday the lady who served us explained she was from that same area originally and advised us of things to look out for. Can't fault it. We will visit again definitely.”

“'La Sensationale' Me and my partner have just been for the 1st time, and had a meal on a Saturday evening (6.00pm sitting). The place was packed when we walked in, so we thought that must be a good sign!? All courses were GORGEOUS and the portion sizes, although at first appearance seemed rather small, were actually just right! All staff that served us were lovely; very friendly and polite, which helped to make our visit feel extra special... This included the manageress who clearly runs a very well controlled operation as empty tables were cleared, cleaned and reset in a very fast and efficient manner! The place remained packed throughout our 2 hour stay, and we will definitely be returning very soon! A SPECIAL THANKS GOES TO MAGDALENA, WHO PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT!! “Fantastic serloin steak for a work meeting out. Cooked perfectly with a nice intense charcoal flavour. The grilled halloumi with pesto was very nice touch, delicious. Very polite and attentive service in a comfortable environment. If I had to fault something my only grumble would be the long Island ice tea had too much lime which made the coke fizz flat and drink sharp (I am highly critical of cocktails)”

“The Malaysian restaurant to go in Manchester region. Great variety of Malaysian food available with good portion. Starters wise the satay, rojak and roti canai with curry is pretty good although the price for the satay is a little on the higher side. Mee Goreng and Nasi Lemak both are pretty good main options. Good variety of Malaysian drinks available as well. If looking for Malaysian restaurant in Manchester this would be their one to go. Limited parking outside. Sometimes can get a little busy during weekends so might need to book prior but otherwise seats are usually available. Waiting time varies with crowd.”

“We went for the classic afternoon tea. We usually don't like the top dessert layer but this was the best one we ever had. The food was fresh. Scones just out of the over. The service was attentive but not overbearing which is the perfect balance. I would recommend it to try the alcoholic drinks too they had a great collection. Not many tea options but the ones we tried were very good quality with nice taste. A place we would definately re visit when they change the menu.”
