Came in after work for a quiet bite and left very happy. Lady at the till was lovely, the special fried rice was a good portion and very filling, prices very reasonable.
Visited a couple weeks ago. the curry sauce was great and the other dishes were tasty, but the chicken katsu was unfortunately quite spongy and hard to eat. Maybe it was an off day, but it stood out.
Food was okay but I would love it more if my wontons came a bit spicier, luckily they had chilli oil on every table. The pork dumplings were good but towards the end it turned a bit too salty to eat. The bao was fluffy and nice. Convenient place to have warm food especially on a cold and rainy day.
I go here every week to get a warm bowl of ramen for a good price. The other dishes are usually pretty good as well.
Roast pork noodle was bad, pork slices were tough, soup was plain, not rich at all and not tasty. Curry sauce deep fried pork chop with boiled rice, curry sauce was plain and not rich, it just liked mixing MSG with little curry power. Both were not worth the money.
Delicious food and always generous with the portion! £11 for huge chicken in garlic sauce with a bowl of rice. Been there a few times and will go back again - a good choice for a filling lunch or a quick dinner.
The food was delicious and the portions were pretty large too, for how much it costed. I had the set meal A and chose beef curry with rice, along with smashed cucumbers. The vegetable spring rolls were a nice addition to the meal and had my stomach completely filled! The staff were really friendly too and I would definitely come again soon. Overall, nice food with good prices and great service.
Tbh this restaurant is one of the best environment in Manchester. The food was very tasty, especially I love how flavorful these dishes are with all the fresh meat and vegetables in it. If u wanna some really tasty food for eat, just feel free to ask staff for recommendations.
